Cycle assembly was not done properly
We have booked cycle assembly with Amazon. The technicians did not turn up for 3 days. They were continuously cancelling. Finally a technician came have done the cycle assembly. But his service was so bad.Everyday some or the other screw comes off for the cycle.Sometimes for pedal. Sometimes chain. It is more than 15 days and every day we are struggling to use the cycle. All the nuts which were used by the technician are lost.No quality, no comfort, no value for money. We have complained against the technician as well. But no action was taken. If assembly not done properly, we keep getting repairs
