Good product but no service or support after 12 months if purchased from Amazon (Cloudtail)
About the product:Looks super premium and is quite comfortable on the back rest panel.Few things I didn't like:This is open from the bottom, hence dust accumulates even in the slider storages as well.The board to put the mattress comes in 3 separate pieces which at times cause noise as you get up or lie down. Probably best is to buy the hydraulic option instead of manual.Coming to service after 12 months:The back rest panel got damaged as its made of low quality Engineered wood and I was looking for ways to get service on this (probably a replacement).After going through Amazon support, Urban Ladder outlet support, I was asked to log the request through UL helpline and they simply denied the service and replacement -- I didn't even asked for free service or replacement.Verdict: Please feel free to buy this product as its worth it, but don't buy it from Amazon or any other partner else you will be stranded just like me. If you have to buy ANY UL product, buy directly from them.The stupid response I got in return of my enquiry was to get the issue resolved from Urban Clap or some other service provider.I wonder, why they are even selling their product on channels other than their website and outlet.Good luck Urban Ladder for being so customer centric.

Overall a good product, neat, clean and good looking. A bit higher on price for the worth it is.
Consumer should be aware that it is made up of MDF and Fabric upholstery as mentioned in the product description. Hoping so it is treated termite free and long lasting. In some places fabric has been stapled (should have avoided) may be for extra safety, anyhow not visible from outside. Cost should have been even more reduced for which I have reduced one star but I got it on a good offer price which is worth. Overall a good product, neat, clean and good looking.

Good product, not great value for money..
Good product although a bit over priced. The fabric easily attracts dust. Drawer parts apparently uses poor quality particle board and some came damaged.

I like the bed much more...it meets my expectations. The fabric is good as shown at amazon site. I must recommend to buy its totally worthy.

Return is pending from 10 days
Once assembled, the planks have a little gap by design and lead to noise. I asked for a return and it did not happen even after 10 days.
