Do not buy it - Total Disappointment
Being fond of Garmin products thought of giving it a try. It has been a total disappointment.Pros:1) Good looking watch2) The strap is strong enough and can be used in all conditions3) Steps count though not accurate but considerably good (+ or - 10 % accuracy)Cons:1) Bluetooth sync issue2) The display is not bright enough3) Data sync is not accurate(I have been using this device from day one for past four months, initially when I synced using Bluetooth, the data got synced but now hardly a day's data is being synced)4) At times the display shows an error icon and doesn't display any info5) It calculates steps even during drivingThere are lot more smart watches which does much better job for this amount.A big goodbye to GARMIN.

Donot buy it.
Loads of problems developed within 2 months with this product:1. The button on the band wont bring the next screen as it's supposed to.2. Screen changes either on its own or it freezes.3. Syncing with mobile is a big hassle. The app is buggy.4. Very difficult to contact the customer care.Bought this after using vívofit 2 for more than 2 years but unfortunately, vívofit 4 is a pathetic device.

Accuracy issue
Data captured is not accurate at all. Have used Fitbit earlier. Fitbit is a little expensive but far more better in data accuracy.While I got used to this issue in last one month, another one has troubled me since last few days. Watch stopped at 6:20 PM. While the steps are captured on the device the sync is not happening. Time continues at 6:20 PMNot recommended

SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING !!
FITTING IS FINE AND WATCH IS DECENT IN MOST THINGS THAT A SMART WATCH MUST HAVE. IT IS STYLISH AND COMFORTABLE TOO.BUT SUDDENLY THE WATCH STOPPED WORKING 2 WEEKS BACK. IT IS ONLY 10 WEEKS OLD AND THIS TYPE OF SUDDEN STOPPING IS WEIRD. THERE IS NO REASON OR ISSUE BUT THE WATCH STOPPED, EITHER THE BATTERY IS GONE OR SOME OTHER TECHNICAL GLITCH. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN FOR THE SAME, WAITING FOR THE REPLY !! no replies to email or anything !~!!looks like my money wasted !!!

Please avoid at any cost.
Genuine Review: This is one of the worst fitness bands available in the market. It will last just for a few months and then it will start giving all sorts of problems like getting switched off automatically, resetting on its own, sync issues, incorrect reading etc. Customer service is pathetic. I thought it's the problem with the battery and Garmin Cust Service at Delhi at best can suggest you to get the batteries replaced which is of no use. My band is completely dead now. Better to invest in some other brand.

Bad product - be careful when you run out of battery
This is a truly bad product from Garmin. It stopped working after a few months of usage...totally stopped responding and would not switch on. Garmin suggested we change batteries, even though they claim one year of battery. Now we are trying to source the battery in India with little luck. Found it on one website (Tanotis) and that too they need to source an equivalent batter from outside India. Garmin website does not sell this as an accesory in India. PLEASE BE CAREFUL before you buy, as you could land into trouble the moment the battery runs out.And, of course, we are yet to find out if it is just a battery problem or something else. Will know only after the batteries are delivered :-(

Battery life is Bad and replacement battery’s are difficult to find
It needs battery replacement after one week of usage.So the whole purpose of spending big money for a relatively simpler gadget is defeated.And to my bad I made A cut in the strap to fit Better on the wrist so I can’t even sent it for replacement or refund.

Terrible quality
Hi guys so I’ve that for under a year and today morning the strap just came apart on my wrist! It’s a good product in that it works well under water, under adverse conditions etc. But the way it came apart,0 left me quite stunned and disappointed in the product quality 🙁 Let’s see what hope the warranty process holds!

防水機能は嘘
電池交換式で防水機能もついているということで購入し、シャワーのときにもつけていました。ある日画面を見ると大きなビックリマークが出ていてボタンと反応しない状態に。しばらく放置してみたらBluetooth接続をしようとして途中で固まっての繰り返し。しょうがないので電池交換の手順で分解してみたところ電池周りが濡れておりました。(電池交換などは一度もしていない)そこそこの値段してるのに買って4ヶ月程度でこれです。どこが水泳も可なんでしょうか。もう二度とガーミンは買いません。

誇大広告ですね
約一年は電池交換不要、且つウォーキング、ランニング、サイクリング、スイミングなどのアクティビティを自動で計測してくれるということで購入しました。ですが、計測してくれるのはウォーキング、ランニングのみでサイクリングに関しては全く計測できません。サポートセンターに質問しても、腕の振りで検出する仕組みなのでバイクだと検出しづらいかも...ということで手動での計測してくれと言われたので手動で計測するも、どうやってもバイクの活動情報は計測されずウォーキングで計測されてしまう有様でした。しかもサイクリングなのにウォーキングで計測されるので、距離だけ計測されて歩数やカロリーは計測されないという意味のない結果に...改めて質問したらこの機種で手動計測するときはどうしてもウォーキング情報になるので、そこからアクティビティ情報を直してくださいとのこと。それやったから上記質問したなのに...結局、ウォーキングとランニング以外では使えないことがわかりました。着けっぱなしで風呂入れたし、着け感良いのに本当に残念ですサイクリング計測できるもの、買い直します

調子が良くはない
vivofit 3の方が安定してた気がします。謎の再起動が購入後3ヶ月ぐらいから発生してます。2本目のvivofit 4ですが前のもそうだったので、ハードの問題なのかな。電池が1年ぐらい持つので、その点に惹かれて今回も買いましたが、次は買わないかも。スマホはiPhoneですが、繋がらないとかは今の所ないです。

ざっくり
差が大きいいつも付けてるのはこっちだが休日は235J付けてランニングやウォーキング。試しに両手に付け左右入れ替えたりしたがviofitのが1割くらい多くカウントします
