It does help in reducing the heel pain.It does help in reducing the stress in the feet also.And the plus point is that it has sizes that you can choose from.The only issue is that it doesn't stay in one place many a times when walking. My wife wears a low angle type of shoes and it needs to be adjusted when walking. It would have been awesome if there was someway to bond it to the sole of the shoe so that it didn't shift.Overall happy with the product.

I had a severe pain in the heels due to use of industrial boots. This product helped alot. Took a few days. But with regular use, I don't have any pain anymore. I didn't took pain meds. It is really a great support. Even works in high heel shoes 👠.
