The tortillas remind me of lefse, which is a Scandinavian tortilla-like flat bread made with potatoes. That actually might be a good gluten-free option if made with all gluten-free ingredients. I would certainly buy it! The bread is also very light and tasty. The only drawback to using these full-time is they are significantly more expensive.

Very good bread tastes great no weird texture or taste. The tortillas are good but need to be grilled or toasted.

I have a rare condition where certain foods, bread being one, do not settle. Finally....a bread that does not upset my stomach!I was skeptical as most low carb or no carb breads taste like cardboard. But this bread is legit delish! I may have to buy more items!!!!
