Makes perfect foamed milk for latte and cappuccino. Easy to use. Takes very little time to do it's jobOnly issue is that one has to be very careful with its cleaning. Water should not touch the outer surface where all the controls are present. If you want to make 2 cups , then you have to run it twice and clean in between each run. So it's for individual use or for small family use.Other than that, it's a wonderful product. Foam is long lasting and extremely smooth . 220v so no step down converter requiredGo for it.

I have a Nespresso Citiz with Milk (Aeroccino). or i did, until the blasted thing started putting more coffee beneath it than into the mug.. anyway. i decided to go for an alternate solution for my night time milky decaf and bought the Krups based on reviews.it's really very different. not quite worked out what i favour yet (given i've also lost my trusty coffee pod machine): it has three settings, all hot. This does NOT make cold frothed milk as the Aeroccino could, but i've never used that so don't miss it. it has programs for cappuchino, latte, hot milk. if i'm honest, the aeroccino equivalent is the "hot milk" setting. the Krups by contrast can make really creamy full froth from semi skimmed milk. it also seems hotter.people in reviews have been bleating about cleaning. clearly they've not previously owned an aeroccino.. the whisk comes out easily. but .. after use, quick swill and wipe with a cloth - done. every so often run it on full in hot milk setting with water plus a drip of washing up liquid. sorted.. (that's the answer to aeroccino failures, by the way, if you are in that position.. i did that after every milk run and it was as good as gold after that).so - why only four stars? Mainly because i am irritated that i can't work out how much milk to add, as it froths so much that i can't fit it in the mug. it's a learning thing..so probably unfair of me!it's easy to use. easy to clean. pours from anywhere over it's rim. yes it gets hot on the body but it has a perfectly good handle.2 year guarantee for domestic use (they don't know how much coffee i drink, clearly).recommend it? Yes.

I really loved this machine: it produced wonderful frothed milk, was easy to clean, and attractive standing on my work top. I used it all the time (and perhaps that is the problem?). After 2 years of regular use it broke down. The heater works but the frother is not turning properly; just a feeble sort of twizzle. Then it stops, and all the lights come on in succession, before the milk is hot. Perhaps I am being unreasonable to complain after 2 years, but it was an expensive bit of kit, and I would have hoped that it would last longer than this. I note that other reviewers have had the same problem. Now I have to decide what to replace it with.......

Built well. Feels Durable. Sure it will last. Volume is good. Froth/bubbles is exceptional.The downsideHot to the touch. Sure they provide a handle, but how hard is it to insulate the inner temperature from the outside. The Nesspresso milk frother I previously had did this. I'm disappointed to find that you are constrained to pick this item up by the handleThe device will start the process of frothing milk even if there is nothing inside the device. For the money spent I would have expected it to have a sensor to identify when to operate and when not.Finally the button to start warm milk feels like it's going to fall into the ether

Bloody excellent comparing to the nespresso one, easy to clean very well made. It get use in my house more than 10 times a days. Couldnt be happier with it.Now I’ve be using it 2.5 years works as it did first day! Paint inside started coming off but it now must have go for over 10k cycles of heating up/ frothing... Very happy with it every day!

Heated and frothed wonderful milk whilst it lasted... survived 4 months of light use.
