Its hard for me to find low dose supplements. This is just right for me, not too harsh and it helps with my Acid Reflux. I use this and a kids digestive enzyme and no longer use Nexium.

Tastes bad not like pineapple and than my mouth burned and my esophagus burned so bad I thought it would ulcerate! I had to take lots of antacids and drink milk. Very scary like others said too. What is in it? Just acid?

I bought this because I needed the bromelain to be pineapple and the bromelain in this is solely pine apple.I actually used these for while I was ttc our last baby, I have a hard time with implantation and wanted to give bromelain a try. Using the pineapple core in smoothies wasn't much of an option because its a hastle with two young kids, so I bought this to give it a try. I took 2 of these for 5 days past ovulation and no more.This is delicious actually !! I wish I could eat these all the time. I feel like I was much less achey when using them.Oh, and we did manage to get our BFP during the first cycle of using these.
