Had a minor hiccup setting it up, but my fault. All slotted together quickly.. now addicted. Brings up great heat and really does the job.. have to work out a cleaning regime, but that’s easy. In my bedroom but no seepage, tho I now use my waterproof beach blanket as base beneath unit.. don’t worry if it seems to be slow starting.. plug in and leave for a few minutes then power up according to instructions.. great piece of kit. The one in my gym is never on. Now my morning and sometimes evening go-to..

This is really good kit. Chair is a bit small. But I put a shower stool in. Other than that it gives a really good sauna. Wife loves it too.

Steam box v good it cuts off when no water. Y nake 120 min, when only 40-50 min of volume in steam box. My chair has started to rip/ fall apart. Also I had to seal a hole in the cover otherwise I'd give it 5☆, ican stand, n 3 way windows that unzip. One has dual pockets 1 inside 1 out side accessible from window...

the item was working for 1 month. two months old the item have an error on the screen, ' ER01'. trying to use it it had a massive electrical spark and almost kill me! now the product didn't work. there is ONLY one month to get a refund on this item and now I'm left with no way to get this working! waste of money so not buy.

I've had other sea room tents before, which will pop up. The problem with the pop-up tents was a nightmare, getting them back into a plastic bag cut re-popping out, so I got fed up and in the process of selling my other steam pop-up tent, nicked at other steam tents, looked at the unlike it that you've got, it's bigger and has more headroom, like being in a proper steam room. Play is a steam tent, and when I got it, it was much easier than a pop-up. And easy to put away and reassemble, and unlike that you've got, it's bigger and has more headroom, like being in a proper steam room red highly recommend it

Decent enough build quality, lots of steam, but unfortunately not hot enough for me to sweat.

have this a while now and still works perfect ,have 2 steamers going in for extra heat and steam ,use it 2 to 3 times a week great product love it.

This is the best gift I could have given myself! I tell everyone about it and I know a few people who have purchased it after my recommendation. It’s worth the price, durable, safe, easy to set up, and I have mine sitting in my Zen room (another bedroom) so it’s not too bulky. It fits perfectly in a corner. It’s easy to add water & you can even add one or two drops of essential oil. When the reservoir fills with water, it’s easy to disconnect the hose and dump. The heat gets hot and you sweat, sweat, sweat! I absolutely love it. This is such a great thing to have. Improves your skin, breathing, helps with sinuses or if you’re sick. I’d buy this 100 times.

Stopped working after three uses. Being asked to pay for the return but only credited eight euro, there's no way to return something this size for 8 euro. Unacceptable.
