I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and support I have received over the last six months regarding a defective product I purchased from your company. I had purchased an Orpat OEH-1220 2000-Watt Fan Heater which stopped working within the first week of useโit ceased to produce heat after just 30 minutes of operation. I promptly raised a formal complaint through your online portal and also requested for the product to be replaced. Despite multiple follow-ups and the passage of more than six months, my issue remains unresolved. I have neither received a replacement unit nor any satisfactory update from your team. This delay and lack of communication is not only disappointing but also unacceptable from a reputed brand like Orpat.
