Great product ELGI BIGG WET GRINDER
Mr. Shashi Kumar visited our place and demonstrated the product and described the product in detail. Good Product and Good Service.However, after his visit, yesterday we found out water is dripping from the drum for which we have called the ELGI Technician who will be visiting us on Monday, if not satisfied weMight seek product return/exchangeYesterday a new drum was replaced and now the problem of seeping was sorted out. Thanks for the quick response

Doesnt work, and no warranty support
One stone stopped working on day 1.Called customer care, sent several emails.Hardly any response. No solution offered.Complete money waste.Dont buy from a company who lies about their product. claim 10 year warranty but offer zero support in reality.

Looks good, grinds well, less practical design
I have been using this product since quite some time now.Looks : it looks really good. Perhaps the best looking wet grinder.Build : It is very solid. Robust product.Grinding quality : It grinds quite well. Nothing extraordinary though. No major complaints here.If the load is less, it sprays the dough. The lid gets accumulated with the sprayed dough.Practicality : Here is where the product has a lacuna. It has this strange locking mechanism that is attached to the body. Cleaning it is a pain. After grinding the locker arm will have dough on it - quite some. Since it is attached to the body, it is not an easy task to clean it.Price : It is quite expensive than a comparable product from other brands. Whether it's value for money depends on its reliability. It's too early for me to commend.
