Product not the same as in the description.Heavy and hard to use.Chord length is around 2 meters ( in description is listed as 14 meters long)This product cannot be returned once purchased ( unless it is damaged or defective).

Except weight which could have been on lower side, performance is satisfactory.

CANNOT USE THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT CAME WITH A 1 FOOT CABLE. HOW ON EARTH CAN WE USE IN THE GARDEN. SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD WITH AN EXTENSION CABLE.PLEASE SUGGEST WHERE TO BUY A 20M CABLE. ALSO THE SPECS OF THE CABLE

Received used product. But parts of owners manual and pipe removal tool are missing. Paid 8500/- for this. Funny I found the previous owners bill copy as well inside the box. Was charged 8000/- for him. Asked for replacement. Will see how the seller fixes this issue. Will update more based on seller's support.Update after replacement:Received new product. Thanks!

I bought this blower to blow the leaves and dust from my garden. The blower function is good. The problems with this blower are:1. Black & Decker (B&D) has provided this blower with a plug for British standards - its the square rectangular pins. This is NOT the standard in India!2. A huge safety problem is that physically the plug will fit into a 5 AMP receptacle with an adaptor but it needs 13 AMP - it is faintly marked on the plug with the orange arrow (between the Phase and Neutral pins) pointing to it! B&D intentionally does NOT show this plug in the listing on Amazon!3. The cable provided is NOT long enough to reach MOST garden areas in India - especially from a 15Amp plug - thus this will need an extension box. After several trials, I found that ONLY the Anchor 15 AMP plug box takes this British standard plug. The biggest safety and short circuit risk is that I have small water bodies in my garden and while blowing the leaves I have to be very careful that this extension box does not fall in the water body - or there will be a short circuit. It would have been better for B&D to provide a junction box on the blower where we can connect a long jointless cable.4. I did not want to cut off the British standard plug since that would void the warranty - I will do this after the warranty period.5. B&D should have provided push buttons to eject the blower tube and the cover on the bottom which is needed to convert it to a suction device. Right now, you have to insert a pointed object (like a small tester screwdriver) to push a pin to unlock the bottom cover and the front tube.I did not return the product ONLY because I need a blower! If another company like Makita or Sharpex introduce a blower, I will definitely buy that!A request to the Amazon team: please INSIST on all vendors to give detailed power / electrical requirements and show clearly the plug information in the listing!

One of the best thing i purchased slightly disapointed as i thought bag is backpack not down fix .if your are buying go for it blindly speed control etc everthing is too good used it cleaned entire house within minutes.best thing purchased till now.wire also as mentioned full lenght not little as I was worried as per comments .

Bought this in October 2022, and rarely used. Satisfied with the machine whenever used. Now, after 13 months of purchase, it,s dead with no apparent reason.
