Product is good but bit disappointed for the tray handle. That could be more stronger.It cooks awesome. I have tried cake & tandoori chicken in the 2nd day of delivery itself. The taste of chicken tandoori was so awesome. That was better that restaurant taste. Just go through couple of YouTube videos & check the mode they are using for cooking otherwise you might burnt the food as i did with my 1st cake ;) Go through the DOs & DONTs before using for good result.Overall a good experience for me :)

Most of fastener were loose nut of glass window was missing,one rubber support was open and its nut was missing,dent was seen at corner of body.Managed fasteners locally.Attempted to commission,smoke of burning of paint was observed,which continued for 10 minutes.Then stopped.Both heaters are working.Power indicator is dead,selector switch is OK.Timer marked up to 60 is misleading,is it showing minutes or seconds or hours.when set 10,it did not stop after 10 minutes.However when turned to zero,it stopped.In instruction booklet,it is not clear whether upper,lower or both elements are to be kept in circuit,therefore I have no confidence to use till these problems are cleared.Please suggest what to do.A day after attempted again smoke was not seen after preheating.tried pizza.IT WAS COOKED WELL.FUNCTION OF TIMER VIS NOT CLEAR .AFTER SWITCHING OFF OR POWER FAILURE,IF I SWITCH IT ON ,HEATERS DO NOT GET STARTED.I SUGGEST OPERATION ANNUAL WITH ALL DETAILS OF OPERATION DO"S AND DONT'S SHOULD BE EXPLAINED PROPERLY.NEON INDICATOR LAMP SHOULD BE OF BETTER QUALITY.OTHERWISE IT IS OK.FINALLY I GIVE STAR RATING.IN CONTINUATION TO MY EARLIER MAILS I FURTHER OBSERVED THAT WHILE OPERATION OF TIMER ITS TERMINALS ARE SHOWING OPEN CIRCUIT,SO NO POWER IS AVAILABLE TO HEATING ELEMENTS.PLEASE SEND A GOOD QUALITY TIMER SWITCH SO THAT I CAN REPLACE AND USE THE APPLIANCE.

Good and easy to use

I m using for my food events cooks yummy yummy. It's been 3 months cooks well tandoor taste also very good pizza will get ready in few minutes easy to clean easy to carry we. An cook all tandoor recipies and pizza, garlic bread .....value for money i m using ruf and tuff it's very great product

The tandoor should be cross checked before sending to the customer. As I received with defective lower element and the electric shock was coming from the body which is very dangerous. Also there was no bill or any warranty card as said by the company. But it was easy to use with good quality.

The electric tandoor I received had rusted elements and damaged body. Unlike mentioned in the description, the tandoor doesn’t have the timer or the heat control knob. This is the worst product and service I have ever received from an online shopping site.

Quality product at reasonable price. Good appearance .Easy to operate. Today I made tandoori chicken it was very delicious.
