I received the bicycle without the handle bars in the box and I only found this out after I had shipped it to Jamaica. I contacted the manufacturers and after a few emails to establish what was missing they shipped a replacement handle bar at no additional cost. Their customer service is excellent and I would most certainly buy from them again.The only thing on the bike not comfortable is the seat but I can replace that. Love the bike, super easy to put together. I put it up myself and took me 30 - 40 mins. Really quiet. I use it while the kids are napping and they don't hear a thing! This definitely gets you heart rate going and it has a monitor to let you know the distance and heart beats per minute while riding. I was iffy just because they have so many bikes on the market, this bike is especially good for the shorter people I'm 5'2 😀 can't go wrong and the price was affordable compared to the high end bikes like peleton

1. Right pedal crank arm was not tightly assembled. It caused noise.I fixed it. The nut size is 9/16, if needed.2. The oilly stopper pad makes the wheel dirty. It is not needed. Removed.Very Good price.I still recommend this bike.

This bike is sturdy, heavy duty and just like the ones you find in any gym, except the calorie and distance monitor isn’t accurate or doesn’t work, honestly I didn’t play with it yet too busy, but I did use this bike and it does break tour sweat easily, and the most fun thing is that is very quiet. Good buy.

This bike arrived damaged first off. Not the seller’s fault, but the manufacturer’s packing was very inefficient for cross country shipping. Once opened I started assembly. It was immediately apparent that the handlebar and the seat post had some slop in the fit l, meaning they were loose and would wobble around when you sat in the bike. I also noticed immediately that the bike frame is equivalent to a standard youth bike (maybe for a 10-12 year old). It is very small, especially with your knees near the handlebar. You also can’t raise the seat to a height that would allow a 5’10” adult to extend their legs on a down pedal. Bottom line, this thing is a piece of garbage. It was returned for all the reasons above, and the seller was less than cooperative with the refund process. Amazon stepped in and processed a refund after video and picture details showed the issues. Hope this helps you make an informed decision.

Ease of use, efficiency

Habia comprado antes otras bicicletas que me incomodaban porque a pesar de ajustarlas me quedaban grandes. Esta ajusta perfecto para personas medianas y es de excelente calidad. La recomiendo.
