Returned the product as the cool shot button was throwing hot air .left the hair very frizzy

I just love this brush, it is perfect for my thick hair.I have been using hot air styling brushes for some time now because due to a back injury I cannot use a hairdryer and brush at the same time so in order to not look like I have been plugged into an electrical socket for some hours I opt for the easier choice of brush and drier in one.This styler comes with 5 attachments, at least 2 of which I am fairly confident I will never use but it is nice to know I have choices should I need them.Because I am in possession of lots of thick hair I really needed a brush with hard, rigid bristles in order to get a decent finish and 3 of the attachments have such bristles. The vent style brush is great for everyday styling. It smooths the hair as it dries and the long bristles mean I do not need to subject my hair to more heat than necessary. The smaller round brush has both rigid bristles to work through the hair and soft bristles to add some shine and is great to use at the end of a blowdry to give shape and shine. I expected the retractable brush to be fairly pointless but it has proved extremely useful and one in place the bristles do not retract until you want them to.The whole thing arrives in a very handy case with all the attachments held in place which I am sure will be worth its weight in gold when travelling.I found the hot air unit easy to handle and it fitted into my hand very well but I do have rather large hands so others may find it more of a struggle.It is very easy to change the attachments and they stay locked in place during use.The speed/heat options are limited and although I use the highest setting, people with medium to fine hair will likely find this just too hot. There is a cool shot setting which does lower the temperature significantly and is very good for ensuring that shape/curl holds.Very, very happy with this purchase

4 Stars because it can get really hot at times after even low usage, otherwise a well built product and comes in handy on the go.

I have been using hot air brush for many years and had change a few different brands a few times. This is the latest one I bought and I thought 1200w would be more powerful and quicker to dry my long hair. However, the design of the brush has a lot of big holes on the back of the brush and before the brush. So all the hot air is not concentrated coming out from the brush. Please see attached photo. It's not much different between my old 800w to this 1200w one. The air is definitely much stronger than my old one but the design of the brush is wrong. The hotter temperature setting is just right, not too hot than all my previous ones.However, the price of this product is very good value with all the attachments and I love this case which make the whole set look very tidy and easy to store.

I used it only twice then get rid of it. Good variety and quality but Weak performance.

It is absolutely useless, did nothing for my hair. The temperature is far too low and there is no option to change the temperature. Most importantly, the design of the back of brush is completely wrong, there are big places on the back of the brush which hot (well it's not hot at all though) air can escape so as a result hot air (repeat, it's almost cool air) wouldn't come out through the brush to style your hair as it should do. I am incredibly disappointed and 200% regret to bought it.
