Only had them for a few hours, but wow, I've owned several kinds of these, some costing more than
Wow, after spending an hour or so downloading the app and playing with them, all of a sudden I realized that they somehow just automatically adjusted all by themselves, Could not believe it. Will give a follow up review on findings later. And it is the first product I have ever bought made in China that has a decent manual. Later. . . .

Not what I expected
Bought these because they said they were bluetooth. I wanted hearing aids that connected to my phone so I could stream music and phone calls through them. Nope, you cannot. It only connects to the app. The app is not easy to find. They have a qr code to download it for Apple or Android, but it just takes you to a page that says to download this app in the app store, which I could not find. In fact I peeled back the qr code they had to find the web address for the app, which takes you to it, but it's not in English. The app wasn't great! In fact some of it wasn't in English either. The hearing aids kept disconnecting as well. Also the hearing aids kept screeching. I turned the volume way down, didn't stop the high pitch screeching every so often. Like the sound you get when you're too close to a speaker.

On the fence with these ones
I bought these for my dad And when we first received them we were leaning towards the it was a good deal side of things! Then we downloaded the app, so we can make the proper adjustments then we realize this app cost $9.99 and not $9.99 to own the app but $9.99 a week!! That's right a week, utterly ridiculous! Unless there's an app that we don't have to pay for, we'll be returning these hearing aids!

If you're looking for reliable, high-quality hearing aids for seniors, the headphones are comfortable to wear, the quality is great, and I was pleasantly surprised with them overall, I highly recommend these hearing aids!

Poor sound quality. App does not work well
The sound quality is poor with substantial feedback whistling. The app disconnects frequently while trying to adjust settings. They need more development on this product. I returned it.
