Pros: -The size! The measurements allow it to be a personal item on flights, but it's on the large end of their requirements. This allows me to keep more stuff with me on my flight, which makes me feel better if something happens to my checked bag. But it's also not so big that I look more like a little kid than I already do (I'm 5ft3in). -I love all the different fabrics. Soft and durable. -Holds my laptop (14.5in?) in its case, cord, mouse plus my camera with 2 lenses! I wanted all my electronics and liquids to be in the same bag so when I need to take them out at security, I don't have to go back and forth between my personal item and my carry-on. -The color! I was nervous since they call it baby pink. I thought it might be too childish looking. But it's actually more in the mauve pink or rose gold family like I was hoping. So it even coordinates with lots of my favorite items. I also love that EVERYTHING is the same color...zippers, mesh, stitching, all the fabric, straps, inside and out, even their logo. I love that it makes it look less busy. It's just calming to have it all the same color. It's so silly, but I get annoyed when people make a good product with a bad design. Whoever designed this is amazing and great at their job...or at least good at designing things I like, ha! -Easy access to pockets! I love having double zippers on big pockets and not having that flap over the zipper. I think it's to deter others from unzipping it? But it just gets in my way. So I'm glad that's not on the small pocket. I guess it's kind of over one of the bigger pouches, but that doesn't get in the way as much, and I don't usually want access to that pocket as frequently as a small front pocket. -2 ways to carry it hands-free: backpack straps or the strap over a carry-on suitcase. -Inexpensive! At least when I purchased it, it was only $20. Definitely worth that even though I already have a backpack I love (but my other backpack doesn't fit my laptop). I think I finally decided on this one because I already have a large camera gear backpack from Bagsmart, so I at least had a little trust in the company. I actually like this backpack even more than the other one I bought from them! I'm so impressed. Cons: -I don't particularly love the big teeth of 2 of the zippers, but they are the same color as the bag, so they don't stand out or bother me that much. -The straps and mesh underneath aren't the most comfortable, but I only plan to wear it around a few airports and maybe a couple of day trips. It's not like I'm trying to use it for backpacking. -Water bottle holder doesn't stretch. Don't think it would fit a large water bottle like for backpacking, but I have a slim one that will work. It's just good to know in advance! ... Overall, I LOVE it and am so happy with it and glad I purchased it even though I was looking into a different one that was more expensive. Can't wait to use it! Oh, and I checked the back inside pocket because some people in reviews found a hole in theirs from a bad batch. Mine was perfectly in tact!

It’s such a a cute and travel friendly backpack! It fits my laptop and has a lot of comfy space to hold personal items~ Recently bought this for travel and I enjoyed using it!! Carried three 1 liter water bottles, 4 portable chargers, snacks, small travel supplies(tissue,wipes,Advil,sunscreen etc), portable fan and a set of of headphones for four days straight during a short trip that required lots of walking😎I will most definitely use this for roadtrips, flights, or fun amusement parks such as Disney~if you’re looking for a simple backpack that’s not too small, not too large and has basic compartments, I’d recommend this one~

LOVE this bag so much I've bought 2. It's perfect for a small laptop and anything else you'd need to keep with you all day walking around a city while traveling, or having a city day from the suburbs. I fit my water bottle, a sweatshirt, cosmetic bag, a scarf, a book, computer and phone chargers, wallet, headphones. Super comfortable! Got in in black and it's very understated in a great way. Lots of different compartments which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

This is a great backpack for travel or work, and I definitely recommend it. Bagsmart knows their stuff! I bought this backpack to use specifically for when I travel because I found travel totes to be annoying—it’s so much easier to carry a backpack. This particular one has a medium capacity, it’s smaller than a typical school/college/work backpack, but bigger than a mini backpack. It had more than enough space for my travel pillow and sweatshirt in the main compartment, snacks and charging equipment in the secondary pocket, and small miscellaneous items in the front pocket. It also has a front slip pocket that’s perfect for things like keys, boarding, passes, lip balm. Overall, this bag is great. I loved that I could organize my travel necessities. My ONE qualm, and why I docked a star, is the fact that it only has one zipper pull on each of the main compartments. I know this is minor but it annoyed me enough to mention! I like being able to position the zipper opening where I prefer, and if I (or anyone) needed to lock the zippers together for travel security/anti-theft, it wouldn’t be possible. Overall a great bag.

This is a very nice backpack. The material is really nice-has a nice sheen and much prettier than the Sling Bag I also got, which has a very flat, blah look. The backpack is bigger than I expected. I was hoping to use it in place of a purse, due to shoulder/back issues, but it's too big, which is why I ended up with the sling bag. But it will work for other uses, like travelling. Like the pockets and pouches and the strap on the back.

Lovely bag, very spacious however, if you are plus sized like myself, you may need straps eith a longer length. Maybe sell some strap extensions? Otherwise. Very soft and good quality

I rely on a power wheelchair for shopping, medical visits and living as normal a life as possible. This bag is large enough to carry my necessities safely and doesn’t scream about the contents. BagSmart has been my favorite brand for clothing storage and business materials- so I expected the quality, but the style is a bonus

Nice quality and roomy backpack. Purchased for granddaughter, senior year of high school. It has several nice size compartments and she loves it! Holds everything she needs.

i never do reviews but this backpack is really nice! it has lots of space and has a nice cool beige color in the inside.their is 4 pockets and 2 side pockets.this bag is amazing and is a good size! i didn’t expect it to be this good.
