Choostix hard Dog Bone Toy, Large (1 Piece)

I ordered this product and it was delivered on the 20th of June. I gave it to my dog and had to take it back within 15 minutes because the quality is terrible to say the least and not safe for dogs because the outer coating which looks like plastic was peeling off. Chew toys for dogs as the very name suggests are meant to be chewed and played with, and are made of safe materials that do not get destroyed during play or harm the dog in any way. The product description here claims that "Choostix toy bones are made from the best quality products, under strict quality standards and supervision. These bones resemble the real bones and are specially designed for dogs keeping in mind that the product does not get spoilt or break during the dog play." Consumers should stop purchasing this product immediately. I'm attaching photos as proof.

It is made of simple solid plastic and am not too sure if it's really safe for my Lab to chew. It gets chew marks and does not disintegrate as other nylon chew bones which are actually safer for dogs. The chewed edges get sharp and I saw blood marks on the edges, probably from my Lab's gums. I had other nylon chew bones for my pet which get disintegrated while being chewed on and would rather get them than this particular one. Anyway, 3 stars since my dog seemed to like it very much and it keeps him engaged for long. Please keep your pup/dogs under supervision while they are playing with it. Very sturdy though.

Well I don't know how durable this is. It started chipping off a bit right from day one. That's my puppy's teeth in the picture and how the bone looks. Overall for a prize and size like that it came cheaper. I'll advise to supervise your dog while he/she chews on it. Will update this review after some months of usage.

Its just a plastic piece..There is no similarities between photos and original that they have sent to me.My duberman never want to touch it.Don't waste your money..

It's not of good quality material. It comes off easily on biting and form sharp edges. It might cause injury to the mouth if not careful. The plastic can also go inside your pup's mouth. It hardly lasted for few months.

Money wasted!!Total plastic which is not good for you pet.My mastiff chewed some of the plastic ..she take one day to weather the plastic

It’s porcelain smooth. And made of tough plastic. Dogs like it to be chewy. This is just not suitable. Have a look at similar products. Since it’s low price item I’m not returning it, but I do feel cheated

A very nicely designed product which keeps my lad busy ...He absolutely loves nibbling on to it...Has been now more than a month and only half of it my son has been able to nibble away.....would surely recommend it ...
