This is combo pack.In this pack you will get creatine and bcaa.Both of them are unflavoured.Creatine is essentially a fuel for muscles.Creatine is used for intensive workout.One should remember that creatine is partially soluble in water.If someone is using creatine, that person should increase water intake as well to reduce the creatinine stress on kidney.BCAA, are amino acids, all proteins are polymer of various amino acid.BCAA are among essential amino acid,essential amino acids are required by body and cannot be synthesized by body.BCAA is essentially for body immunity and brain function.Unflavoured BCAA has pungent smell and bitter taste. That just nature of BCAA.Many people blame product and buy products without proper research, not everyone can cope bitterness of BCAA, being pungent and bitter is nature of BCAA, so go for flavoured one if you are not able to handle pungent smell and bitter taste.

Nice packaging plus guinine and awesome product
I got these two supplement,,,,,,CREATINE AND BCAA,,,,,,it is really awesome product,,,,,,i observe myself my endurance and changes at my body within my 3rd dose,,,,,,it works amazingly and looking muscle pump and vascularity,,,,,,iam taking my creatine and Bcaa of 1 scoop each at morning for fast sprint of 20 minutes once a day and again BCAA at evening for my 1 hour weight traing,,,,,,today i surprised to see myself in the front of mirror,,,,,,it is amazing

so basically this product sucks in flavour. idk about the results but the taste isn;'t neutral. its more towards bitter side defintly try it with some sweet stuff.UPDATE: I DEFINTLY FEEL SOME STRENGTH. I GUESS CREATINE STARTED KICKING IN ?

Im sure that the creatine is of good quality but the bcaa its a mess and has the worst taste ive ever expeienced.guys plz dnt but this product if the bcaa is unflavoured I recomend u ppl to buy a tang flavoured bcaaAnd to the sinew nutriton people u need to add some flavour to the bcaa in the combo pack
