After a year when the product is utilised what next do we have do? Do we have to buy it again

How it works can u explain?

Calcium is the primary source of Hardness. It works a little different from traditional Softener wherein calcium is removed using filteration process. Here, we do not remove the calcium, but make it inert. Calcium has a tendency of being sticky and sticks to taps, tiles, utensils, showers, hair, etc. We remove it's sticky nature using a unique science. The media used to remove this is also a food grade media.

I have a 300lits tank is it suitable for that , i am confused as you have mentioned that it onky works in 1500 lits

Of course. I put it in 1000 lit tank n it works just fine. Lesser the tank capacity i think it will last longer. As it work on a principle of reacting dissolved minerals in hard water. Lesser the water and minerals it will last longer.

please give me information about its working and its life time?

For me it didn't even work for few days. White powder is coming out of the product. Not a effective product.
