I like everything about this item. I use it at the end of the couch when I want to prop my legs up or when I want to read in bed. It's very comfortable and seems well made. If you are short in stature (I'm a little over 5'2") the neck pillow may be a little too high, but it can be easily adjusted by adding an extra loop of elastic or ribbon, or even sturdy yarn or thread.

It is expensive but I like it as you see I had the older one as well but this one helps my back a little more.

I bought a few different styles of this item. The good: the back wedge is really really nice. It’s firm but not hard. Great support and feels comfortable. The bad: the arm rests never expanded. 48 hours later they are still squashed on one side. The head pillow is nice too. But the real reason this is a winner is that the arm rests are removable. It’s not very wide so a bigger person might have issues. I’m returning the others I bought as the angle of the wedge is perfect for me. If you’re looking for a wedge look no further.

The support cushion comes vacuum shrunk in a pretty small roll; however, it does expand rather quickly once opened. The instructions say to allow 24 hours for full expansion, but I found it didn't take more than an hour or two to fully expand. The foam is reasonably firm, yet comfortable. It will not support fully leaning back on it's own, but works very well when used against a wall or headboard. My main issue comes with the fabric. While it is soft, it is very thin. It also had a couple of tears on the neck cushion as you can see in the picture. One of the tears is where the little knot should be that allows it to hold onto the back support and not fall away when you move. The zipper pull itself was also broken. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing or a quality control issue, but neither the end of the zipper pull nor the missing knot was in the packaging so it must not be an issue with the shipping or delivery. Honestly, it's pretty decent aside from the cover. I'd send it back for a non-damaged one if I could. Instead I'll wait and see how the rest of the cover holds up and maybe sew myself a new one. I would have hoped for a little better given the price point.

Returns are nearly impossible too, as they ship it triple shrink wrapped and it's self-inflating. You'll never get it back into the shrink bags it comes in (matter of fact, I'd be surprised if anyone gets this out of them without cutting the bags in the first place), and trying to squeeze it back in to the shipping box was a feat in itself (took two people and almost an entire roll of packing tape to get it back in there and hold the box together). Having UPS pack it up was not an option at all! Guessing this is by intention so they don't have to do returns and send refunds. Well, I managed to get mine into the biggest plastic bag and then sealed into the box, so good luck trying to deny my refund. This pathetic garbage isn't worth 10% of what they are charging. Doesn't look anything like the photo at all. The only 'firm' piece is the main wedge.

Works great and love that the arm rests are removable. It does take time to fill out from being compressed in the packaging. Material is very soft. Definitely would consider buying another.

This chair is very uncomfortable. Hard to watch tv leaning on it. Asked for a refund, usually Amazon is amazing refunding orders right away...this won't show in my account until 10/10!

Don't be alarmed at the vacuum packed sight of this pillow. It comes out of the packing and magically is in its preordained shape within minutes! The arms are removable, yet hold tight with velcro and the added straps. Perfect for my upcoming arm surgery!
