I want to give it a 4 star review because I wish they were larger for more contact area in case they come loose however I am going with a 5 star as I feel like most people would prefer the smaller size for their privacy. Within 20 minutes I didn’t need an alternative. They stick well even without cleaning I recommend holding them down for 20-30 seconds. Not 10. Already I am making progress. And they were very cheap. I had no side effects or skin issues. I got the entire pack as I didn’t know what size to use which was convenient because you can tear the larger ones in half to be the middle size.

These are the best over the counter nicotine patches I've ever bought. And I was worried about them giving out cheap they were. So far so good. I vape and wanna stop. The patches don’t help 100% but they definitely help with the cravings. Every time I try to stop cold turkey, I go right back due to the cravings, the instant insane bad moods, shoving food in my face. I can go a good 5or 6 hours without thinking about vaping and if I keep busy, even longer. My skin does not get irritated and I have sensitive skin and adhesive usually breaks me out. They could be a tad bit more stickier. Some times I have to put hospital tape on top of the patch depending on where I place the patch. I would say they are pretty effective and durable. This is my second go around quitting after I broke bad after 10 years nicotine free. 2024-2025 has not been kind. These patches are *much* better than Nicoderm. First, they are much thinner, and roughly 75% the size as the name brand for the same dosage. Additionally, the adhesive does not cause a rash as the Nicoderm ones did. The adhesive stays strong all day, and as long as it is applied evenly, it does survive a shower just fine. They are translucent and blend in much better than the other brand's large bulky patches do. The effectiveness seems similar. Within 1/2 hour you will feel the effects, and it seems to lowly build up over the next hour. I assume this will depend on your skin however. I've had not issues with these over the last week using them at the 21mg level. I barely notice I have it on and a few times forgot to remove it when I went to bed. Let's also talk about the price. The name brand will cost you ~$140 for 6 LESS patches over all 3 levels. Nicoderm (needing to purchase all separately): Step 1 kit: 21 - 21mg Step 2 kit: 21 - 14mg Step 3 kit: 7 - 7mg $2.54/patch This one - 55 total 30 - 21mg 15 - 14mg 15 - 7mg $0.50/patch Even if you went with a similar amount with the alternative name brand Habitrol, you are still paying 300% more at $100. It's obviously a no brainer, get this instead. Unless you enjoy wasting money.

I bought this to use in conjunction w nicotine gum to quit vaping. I had high hopes, but unfortunately these patches gave me a bad rash. I do not have sensitive skin so when I read reviews of others having this issue I blew it off. However, I was pleased that I got a full refund even though I had used the product. Good luck!

These are great. The price is good too. I’ve been on step 1 for 16 months and usually use the Nicoderms vs store brand. Hadn’t come across these before. Three things I really like. They’re 24mg. Others are 21. I love it. Nicotine isn’t my problem smoking is. Second they’re 30 to a pack. Others are 14. And last and best they’re extremely budget friendly. But….. The patches are thin and small and incredibly difficult to extract from the backing film. They stay on great, and don’t sweat off or irritate my skin so I’ll gladly put up with the difficulty of peeling them off their film backing. My new favorite.
