Works well but with a bit of a delay.
As a remote it works well, but there is a bit of a delay between pressing the release and triggering the camera. The cable could be a bit longer too, it's very short if you are trying to do self portraits.

Works fine on my minolta cameras love it.
Got it and used it during the week & loved it.I used it on a minolta camera will also work on Sony. Proper value for money and its well worth it. You can also use it in bulb mode for long exposure photos.Great value.

Works well for motion-free photo taking
Even on a tripod the action of pressing the shutter button creates a small amount of movement, but not with this device that fits easily into the side of my Sony A33. Perfect when waiting for just the right moment to take a shot - point, compose then wait holding the remote without needing to stare into viewfinder. Also just the job for delayed shutter shots where a totally fixed camera is even more important. Well built and fits inside camera bag alongside DSLR.

Basic shutter release that works quite well.
It works but can be temperamental at times, it may take the odd shot when not expected, bit most of the time it's good. It's cheap & cheerful, worth the money.

An excellent compliment to a Nikon and tripod
The shutter release cable works as described. When you mount your camera on a tripod, the remote release greatly increases your flexibility in composing and shooting your pictures. Once you frame the shot, you are free to adjust lighting and poses. Perfect for working with children. Additionally, extended exposure shots absolutely work best with a release that isolates unintended vibrations from the shot. This is much easier than using a timer. Packaging and shipping were good.

Achat pour des besoins spécifiques, photo portrait, groupe et surtout paysage pour ne pas avoir de flou bougé même avec un pied photo le fait d'appuyer sur le déclencheur produit un mouvement sur le boîtier.Après il y a le câble (90cm) sûr qu'une télécommande sans fil serait le top, mais prix oblige !Reste efficace pour mes besoins et ceux de la majorité des photographes.Je recommande ce produit facile à l'utilisation sans aucunes compétences nécessaires !
