These silicone slings are fantastically great. They have worked perfect for various bread bakes in our cast iron Dutch oven. We really have no negatives to say whatsoever. Here is why we love them…- Very durable silicone. It is thick, soft and flexible and fiber enforced. It withstands baking temperatures without an issue and is dishwasher safe. No doubt they will last for years to come- Very slick! Nothing stuck to these silicone sleeves.- The long handles were perfect for even the largest pots.- Of course they can be rolled up for compact storage.- By using these slings the bottom of our breads (and even cinnamon roles, see attached photo) were cooked evenly and were not burnt.So, yes, we love them. Do not hesitate to get these sleeves.
