Inventive way to get your daily creatine dosage
These drops are quite an inventive way of getting creatine into your system. I've had tablets, powders, gummies, and now a dropper.Frankly, I prefer all of the other options as the dropper can be a bit of a faff trying to figure out how many drops have landed in the mouth, but it's a lot faster than messing about with pill bottles or chewing gummies. The flavour is OK, no complaints there.3mg per day is below the amount I would "need" which is 5g - and that would ultimately mean the 30 day supply is not 30 days for me. Not the biggest issue, if that's the recommendation they want to make then fair enough.

Works well and great taste
This is the most pleasant way I have found to take creatine. The taste is really pleasant - absorbs / mixes really quickly and seems to work as well as standard powder. Will be buying again - good value overall. Also very convenient for travel. Highly recommended.

Rubbish
Just doesn't have any affect at all, I'll go back to the powder. The dropper is useless, it can't pick up more than 0.6ml at a time, the liquid is so sweet the top gets crusted with the liquid and crystallises making the top very difficult to open.

I’ve noticed a little improvement in mental clarity, especially after intense exercise.
I’ve been using creatine for a few months now, mainly to enhance my workouts, and the results have been impressive. I noticed a significant boost in my strength, especially on days when I’m doing high-intensity lifts. My recovery has also improved, and I don’t feel as fatigued between sets. I also appreciate that it’s not just about muscle strength; I’ve noticed a little improvement in mental clarity, especially after intense exercise. One thing to keep in mind is the water retention – I’ve put on a couple of pounds, but it's mainly from increased water in the muscles, which isn’t a deal-breaker for me. Overall, I’d recommend creatine to anyone looking to improve strength and energy for workouts.

Low dosed, need to drop 4x, flavour is a bit on the chemical side, and contains preservative.
The media could not be loaded. About average. The flavour felt like a chemical berry, it wasn't good but wasn't that bad, contains some unhealthy ingredients potassium sorbate, it is mainly used as a food preservative. The dropper can do 1ml dosage of this product is 2ml per day preferably 30 minutes before exercise or any strenuous activity, might help you, didn't help me, it's too low dosed for me.I normally take 5g creatine from powder form seems to work for me after 30-40 minutes, this liquid one maybe too low dosed at 3g creatine per 2ml to make a difference, then also the dropper max is 0.5ml so I ended up dropping under the tongue 4x then hold for 10 seconds, really the longer you hold it under the tongue is better and faster absorbed into the blood stream, but it's hard to hold it longer than 10 seconds.taste was mix chemical and sweet, I just didn't like it mainly because of the preservative. Once opened I'd say store in either cool dry place, or a fridge doesn't make a difference as long as you don't leave it in direct sunlight or a hot place. This product has potential to make it better, take out potassium sorbate, and put natural preservatives in there, heck I'd even prefer sugar as a preservative instead of potassium sorbate, that's how bad the preservatives are. I wouldn't mind vinegar either. That's what would make it better, and also 5,000mg dose with a 2-3 months supply, as usually powder 1KG lasts ages, and it's about the same price. Creatine is so cheap to manufacture.I use it to enhance the muscle ATP muscle energy storage, which can help me get a few extra reps at the gym, and helps to boost recovery a little, also study shows brain and mitochondria enhancements with creatine use over months. There are 60 days supply in the bag, 2x 30 days.
