This was a surprise, I wasn't expecting too much out of this but it's surprisingly very good. Quality is top notch plastics are thick and dont feel cheap. The touch sensitive buttons in the front work very well. LED light indicators are nice and bright, there is also a led inside that changes color that gives it a nice touch. Ended up using the smart life app instead of the oittm app only because I didn't want to add another app to phone. Worked flawlessly with my pixel 2 XL, and with Alexa. Only downside is that whenever you make a change wether it's turning off the LEDs or changing the settings it makes a beeping sound and doesn't give a way to turn it off. It's kinda loud so not the best for putting it in a sleeping child's room. Other than that it's really easy to use and very worth it.

The media could not be loaded.  I never thought I would see a smart humidifier ha!tank is big enough to run long.voice control via amazon is simple and response time is quick.app works great as well. So, I got this humidifier to replace my old non-smart humidifier. I liked the design and the idea of having a humidified room when I came back from work. I have used this for a week or two now and I think that this is mostly a well worth product for anyone looking for a smart humidifier/diffuser.When I got it in the mail, I was surprised at how big it was, and now I realize why. The water tank is HUGE compared to my old humidifier. You get a total of three filters for the water and a little instruction manual to get you going, so that’s good. The buttons aren’t self-explanatory, so keep it handy when setting it up. Another handy thing is the auto shutoff. This thing turns off and gives you a notification when you are out of water. And you’ll find yourself doing that a lot. Even though this reservoir is big, the amount of water is diffused is significant, even on the low setting. It would have been nicer if the app allowed for tweaking based on gallons (or liters) per hour.Now, that said, this thing is very quiet compared to my old humidifier, which is a bonus. Also, the handle on top of the humidifier is very handy when filling the humidifier. The LED’s look cool when the lights are off, so that’s a bonus. I wish you could set custom color profiles for them though. Talking about color profiles, the app is intuitive, and once you have everything set up, you’ll like the host of features that are included in it.That said, this thing seems to have a small problem. You have to be careful when you are pouring water out of it. If you pour the wrong way, water will get into the NON-SEALED electronics under the tank. This actually happened to me and the humidifier stopped working for a day or two. After the electronics dried out though, it worked perfectly. Maybe something they should improve for a 2.0 version of this.Oh, and Google Assistant and Alexa work well, but you can’t change the LEDs or the moisture output (limited to the app or physical device).Here’s a breakdown:PROs:- Easy to use- Looks good- LEDs match with 2018- App works as intended, no bugs yet- Serves its purpose as a humidifier/diffuser- Handle is so cool to have for convenience- No downtime in the app- Alexa and Google Assistant workCONs:- Water has a chance of getting into the system board- Instructions for pouring water and the fill line not visible at first glance- LEDs can’t be turned off (even with the LED button)- No granular control over moisture output (the tank empties fast because of this)- Alexa and Google Assistant could have more options for controlSo you should buy one if you’re looking for an upgrade, but be careful with some of the design flaws that I mentioned.

I downloaded the app and tried to connect it to my Wifi, but I get a "network error" that doesn't even let me sign into the app. I set up a dedicated 2.4GHz network to connect the smart humidifier (as well as 3 Oittm outdoor outlets) to and now none of them work. The customer support in the app recommends that I enable cellular data for the app (which I've done), but none of it has helped. I'd love to get it to work and improve my review, but right now it doesn't even work. Just so you're aware - it isn't that I'm not tech savvy - I have over 35 WiFi- and Alexa-enabled in my house. This just doesn't work.

There's a lot a like about this product, seems to humidify very well, the LEDs are not overly bright when sleeping. The only issue really is the "smart" portion of this product. The app leaves a bit to be desired as when I attempt to turn it on, it often doesn't. It's like the touch portion when turning on, or adjusting the flow is lagging, or something. It's easy to clean, and well designed. Can't give 5 stars cause of that app.

UPDATE: I was extremely excited about this product, however the WiFi quit working within just a few days. Unit works great other than that.I am very happy I purchased this humidifier. Ready to buy another one! Unfortunately the instructions that came with the product are terrible, but I found that the video by Summers Woodworking was very good at helping me with getting it set up. One thing to note is to make sure the "cone" like object is seated properly so it will vapor correctly. I also found that wiping out the diffuser (gray top piece) helped with this. It works perfectly with my Echo Dot.

It is very intelligent humidifier, and so convenient. I think it is the best choice for me in the dry winter, I very like it.

I have been using this item for one week. Works very well.Large capacity for water. Lasts all night. I use this every nightAs bedroom is very dry and it helps releive breathing problems.I use it on level 3 and easily last all night. Easy to fill. Large mouth.Easy to add to WiFi. I use with both alexa and google homeNo problems with either. Highly recommend. Very well made.Nice colors. Nice lighting effect. Not annoying sound wise.
