Will definitely be getting my next phone from this seller, a reconditioned phone for my daughter was a perfect gift, and a cheap price, I have the same phone except I paid twice the amount a couple of months before, wish I had found this site sooner

The phone is brilliant. Pleasant to handle, easy to use. Good quality and like new , however....the charger & plug supplied are not Samsung products (as mentioned in listing), they are compatibles but cheap & nasty.the one supplied with mine caused the phone to show an error message stating water in port. I tried for 3 days to sort this as I knew there was no water but it defaulted to the error message whatever I did.I almost sent phone back as thought it was faulty until an EE assistant advised it wasn't the phone it was the shoddy charging set that was included in the package. I had to buy another charger so just bear this in mind.Now I have a quality charging set I get no more problems.I would have happily paid an extra few pounds to have peace of mind with a decent charger but this is simply cutting corners and causing headaches for buyers

Phone arrived in 2 days. Near perfect condition. Working as expected. No problems at all. Very happy. Not used face recognition yet.

Phone arrived in perfect working order. Incurred a problem with the phone a few months later. Contacted the company that we purchased the phone from and was extremely impressed with the service. The phone was fixed and returned to us within one week with the added bonus of a new phone charger. We were kept informed via email and any questions were answered immediately. Great customer service.

Phone is in great condition for renewed status. But the charger supplied isn't compatible for the fast charge feature.Users will need to buy the adaptive fast charge seperately to ensure correct charger is used.

Bought for my partner, she says this is best phone she has ever had, loves how quick and easy it was to learn new things on it etc ,

Good phone and no visible defects at all. Battery life is also good. Only thing that I would like to say is that in the product description it should have read not a UK compatible phone. Ie- I am unable to download some important apps that I need as this is not a EU configured phone. Hence it doesn't fulfill my needs in terms of value.
