This pillow is very comfy to sleep on and sometimes I rest on it even if I don't have a new piercing or anything going on with my ears. It works well for sleeping on if you have a piercing or if you have a ear that's healing from something, but it also makes for a good head support pillow if you are propped up against the headboard or wall. It is firm and keeps it shape very well. If the pillow is too firm or too hard for you, then the cotton on the inside can be removed to suit to your liking. It was a reasonable price and serves its purpose very well.

This pillow is just what we needed for my mom. She has been hospitalized and favors her right side so she has a small pressure sore on that ear. I ordered same-day delivery. It came on time and it fluffed up quickly and easily from the vaccuum-package. The cover is very soft and is the same on both top and bottom so there isn't a right-side-up or wrong side. The pillow feels soft enough to be comfortable, but thick and sturdy enough not to go flat so it keeps her ear supported off of the bed. It is very lightweight and I think will be comfortable for a back cushion when she no longer needs this to protect her ear.

I ordered this piercing pillow after a fresh piercing and got it overnighted to my door (thanks Amazon). It’s actually one of two I ordered. After using both I find this one slightly firmer than the other. Pros: it provides good head support, Cons: when it does hit my piercing it is a lot less forgiving. The ear opening is actually a bit smaller also. However, the cover is velvety and quite cozy. I ordered the cheapest color so I was stuck with kind of generic gray. It’s not cute but it does the job. I may have made an amazing decision and pierced my ears 3 times in one night on the side i sleep on. So needless to say this was definitely needed. However, it exceeded my expectations! It’s actually really comfortable, just firm enough and just big enough. Highly recommend if you make questionable life decisions like i do

I bought this last year, fell in love with it then fell lowkey outta love with it, it’s great for piercings but the bulgeness tends to give me neck pains. I still have it and still sleep with it but I feel like it’s not as useful for my helix piercing, a year later and it’s still an irritated mess. Overall, if you’re one to want one of these for future piercings or just want to sleep with your earrings on. This is the pillow for you.

This ear piercing pillow is a great little tool. The cushion is soft but firm enough to hold ears in place without hurting, and the smooth surface makes inserting studs simple and steady. It really helped me keep things aligned and comfortable — much less stressful than doing it freehand. Easy to clean and lightweight — perfect for at-home use or touch-ups. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED. Received the pillow today. This is for my military veteran husband who is having ear problems. There is a very large significact chunk of foam missing from the pillow. I paid for a whole pillow, not part of one. If I could give this negative stars I would. Beyond this I'm speechless. OK, so UPDATE: The cleaning instructions say you can wash the inisde "foam". In order to look more clearly at the missing chunks (Yes, after letting the pillow "expand" some, another missing chunk appeared) I unzipped it only to find LOOSE HOLLOFILL. You cannot wash that as it is. So, bad instructions and misrepresented product. I was able to reshape the hollowfill (good thing I have small hands working inside the limited zippered opening!) Even so, the hole and the pillow itself is skewed as if the actual pillow case had been sewn wrong. What an awful buying experience this has been.

This pillow has been a blessing to me since I had my helix piercing. I am a side sleeper, and this little pillow has helped me to sleep on my right side without irritating my piercing. My ear fits perfectly in the center hole, and the pillow surprised me by providing adequate neck support. I have had chronic neck pain for the last 8 years and have wasted so much money on trying to find a good supportive pillow. I wasn't expecting this one to help relieve neck pain, I was just hoping it would avoid irritating the ear piercing. Surprise- it does BOTH! What a bonus! My ONLY minor issue with this pillow is... for whatever reason, it causes my rosacea to act up on the side of my face that touches the pillow. The pillow is supposedly all cotton, and I did follow the instructions and wash it before I used it. I do have sensitive skin, but cotton usually does not bother me. I wish the pillow came with a more satiny cover, but it is what it is. It serves its purpose so I can't really complain.

Amazing for fresh piercing

As a side sleeper, sleeping with fresh piercings in both ears was miserable. This product has made it possible for me to get a good sleep while my new piercings are healing. It’s a great size and it’s surprisingly comfy. Exceeded my expectations!

Un poco dura, pero buena calidad

Super soft and comfy pillow, but there are 2 flaws with this design. The inside padding merges into the hole, making the hole much smaller than it should be - rubbing against my new piercings. Ouch! The second flaw is that you cannot remove the pillow’s cover to wash it. You have to wash the whole pillow itself! I’ll need to buy a different style of pillow now, as this one hurts my piercings. A real shame, because it’s very comfortable with good neck support.
