Struggled a bit to get this camera connected to our internet.Make sure you download the app FIRST. Then keep your phone close by as you have less than a minute to enter a code that is sent via text message with first initialization. Then another code into app within 30 minutes. This may be some extra security for set up. Unsure.Once connected and set up. Gets easy to use in app. All self explanatory.Clarity is descent. Can set it at low or high resolution. I assume this is for speed of refresh but also for storage space if using the memory card slot (card not included)Like the 2 way audio. Sounds hollow but works well with no issues.This camera does not "Pan" like we initially thought. If you mount the camera... you can "turn" the camera to all different angles to get the view desired. But this is done manually. You have to use your hand to turn or rotate the camera. Little confusion when reading the description, but isn't a deal breaker. Just FYI.Does have motion detect to alert you. But we have a cat, so luckily you can turn that feature off if desired.The night vision works fairly well too.Can't complain for the low cost of this camera. Perfect inexpensive way to have a little extra security when you are away from home.

I was very happy with this camera, it was easy to set up and use. I purchased it mainly for the motion detection push notifications to my smartphone. It worked great for about 2 months, now I no longer receive notifications on my phone or ipad. It still detects movement and I can see it in my app history, but I need to see/hear the push notifications when they occur. I have to look at the history every few minutes to see if there was any motion and this is a real nuisance. This makes the camera pretty much useless for my needs. There is no one to contact, the Danale app website is useless. I would have given this a 5 star rating at first, now I will only give it a 2! Not sure if it is the camera or the app causing the problems.

I bought this for my home for a security camera when I am away from my home on trips. This gives me a since of no worry while I can relax on vacation knowing my home is safe from intruders. I can check from anywhere on my phone and make sure my home is safe. The video quality is good as well.

I purchased this camera when my toddler daughter's monitor stopped working. It's such a great upgrade! The camera picture is amazingly clear and in color, and I really love that I can access the camera from my phone anytime I want.

I’ve returned other cameras that wouldn’t sync with the app or phone, but this was up and running immediately!I wanted a way to check on my dogs when I’m not at home or on another level of the house. I can also record them so as to monitor behaviors that we’re working on in dog training class.I highly recommend!

this is my first camera, very easy install, good app for this camera. Clean picture day/night.bought this camera and install in kids room. now i can see everything and anywhere.in my opinion this camera should be in every house who have kids,one thing i bought longer USB cable

I bought this camera so I could have a camera in my living room to monitor my new cat that I adopted from a shelter while I was at work. This is my first security camera, and it was a breeze to set up and use. It took me all of about 5 minutes to get it up and going and connected to my phone. The picture on my phone is so crystal that when I look at it I feel like i am at home with my cat Spirit. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for an easy to use security camera.

I have it packaged up and sending it back. It didn't connect with the WiFi like its supposed to do, and I got tired of fooling with and and got fustrated and nicely packaged it back up. I brought another cam, Wyze, and it works better.
