HiBAR - Pink Iris & Neroli Sensitive Deodorant - Plastic-Free - 1 Pack

I'm really impressed with this deodorant. When I put it on for the first time and it went on so smoothly, I wasn't sure anything was actually on me. My first day wearing it, I trained martial arts for 5 full hours and after I smelled like nothing. My daughter usually complains I smell like sweat and this time she said she smelled nothing at all. I also have super sensitive skin and have so far had no reaction to this product. Here's to hoping my luck holds!

I love this deodorant!! I've been using aluminum-free deodorant for sensitive skin for years, but until Lume, I always had issues. (Goes on too wet, has baking soda that I'm apparently allergic to, doesn't win in the battle against my natural stink, etc.) So if I thought Lume was so great, why am I using HiBAR? It seems Lume changed their formula a few years back, and now I'm allergic to it. I tried HiBAR because I was intrigued by their no-plastic applicator. The deodorant itself does the job and I'm not allergic to it! (An ironically *low* bar.) My only issue was that if I pressed too hard, the deodorant would slip too far back into the applicator and I'd have to push it up again. But now they've improved it! I still probably press too hard, so it sinks in sometimes, but if you squeeze the applicator base a bit, the deodorant stays in place. Obviously I still sweat and while exercising my pits get damp, but it doesn't smell at all.

Super soft, smell is not overpowering. Size is not huge but it will last. One of the best ive used in a long time. Do feel the freshness when applying and I feel cost is reasonable for it

I was looking for something to replace my Native fragrance free + sensitive formula (they stopped carrying it so the few sticks left are like, $25 each!) While this is not an exact replacement, it covers many things I liked and it a good option for many days. Formula wise, this is not as wet or smeary as the Native sticks, so positive! It is closer to classic stick deodorant, little firmer and powder like. No scent! Really! This does not cover up if you already have a smell, you must apply to clean underarms only, not great for midday or after gym sessions. If you aren't sweating profusely- it does last all day! If you have some extra sweat, especially medical stuff, this may only be good for inside and rest days. The push pop use so this is plastic free is only like 1% annoying. Apparently I apply a bit firmly

I started trying this because of the cardboard container- I had gotten disgusted about throwing away a hard plastic container every couple months. But in addition to being more sustainable, this is a really nice deodorant! Goes on very smoothly, doesn’t clump. Sea moss fragrance is very subtle, not overpowering. Surprisingly, armpits of shirts actually smell fresh at the end of the day. Bar also lasts a nice long time. Keep making it, HiBAR.

I wanted a product that was aluminum free. Baking soda products blocked my put pores and gave me bumps. Arrowroot works for me

Sticky, hard to wash off, and gave me a friction rash. I've used natural deodorants for a long time and never had a problem until this stuff. I think the diatomaceous earth just straight up scratched my skin until I had a rash that straight up felt like fiberglass under my skin. Awful.

this is the unicorn I've been looking for! it covers up any stink, it's non plastic, and it has great ingredients PLUS it leaves me smelling fresh. super effective. I like how easy to use the carton is and it doesn't bother my sensitive skin.
