LZLRUN 5D Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap - Outdoor Rated for Automotive Use - 1ft x 5ft Including Squeegee and Black Felt Applicator

This faux carbon fiber vinyl wrap worked perfect to protect my BMW motorcycle top case. I got the matte finish and it blended perfect with the stock plastic to create a cool look and protect the stock plastic from luggage attached to the back seat. The key is in the prep work. I let the vinyl sit in the sun and get nice and warm after I made a paper template as a cutting guide. Make sure your surfaces are clean and take your time cutting the vinyl. I had no sharp bends so I can't comment on that, but everything went on well and the adhesion seems pretty good. For the price it is really good quality and looks great.

This product worked great. I used this product to black out the badges on my truck and it worked great. The knife they give you in the kit isn’t very good so I just used my own razor knife. Looks great now we just have to see if it holds up to weather and time.

My wrap was rip when it arrived. I didn't notice it till I wrap the hood 5ft of wrap in the trash. I order 10ft and got the results I was after second try. This was my first time and this wrap was very well for me to work with. Just wish the rip wasn't there and I would have 5ft still. Overall fast shipping and happy with it.

My go to for making my husband and his car group layered decals for their vehicles. Very nice product and easy to work with. Holds up well under the elements as well. Will continue to order as I get low.

I'm sure this is great for wrapping smaller objects, since how thin it is makes it that much more formable easily around certain curves. However the whole point of me buying a 1.5ft wide roll was to wrap a fairly large object, and this isn't all that forgiving. The material's so thin that 1) it VERY easily sticks/rolls back onto itself after unrolling it and still so after the backing is removed (which is a handling nightmare if trying to deal with a fairly large piece), 2) it can wrinkle and crease very easily, and 3) cleanly cutting it along your prefered path seems nearly impossible without drift and propogating into unwanted, jagged tears. A thicker material would allow for much cleaner cuts, less creasing, and easier handling.All that aside, when you get it laid out well then it does look quite nice, aside from the jagged tear edges that have to be tucked from view. Just the right amount of heat helps relax into place any lifted edges that don't want to stick at first.

It is so thin, that the black trim I wrapped, could be seen. If it wrinkles at all during application, that wrinkle never comes out. The carbon fiber pattern is nearly non existent after application. Do not waste your money.

Good product. Can take some practice for application and you need to be precise and take your time but it does look sleek. Offers a custom factory look if you can do it right.
