Wow, I have tried a few different ones but this one is by far the best ive tried. it was tricky at first but once i figured it out it was the best support.

Great quality, smells nice, fit snugly (29 in waist size S), helps my fatigue when sitting

Returned. I wear a size 12 jean or dress or a M or L pants or shirt. Ordered the XL based on item recommendations and it was too tight around the waist and not comfortable, also no directions. Ordered a XXL and it was just not comfortable, ok at waist but long and the shoulder/upper part was too hard to figure out how to wear correctly. Directions were for the wrong item this time. Returning both.

The sizing on these is definitely not true to normal sizing. They fit small and you have to buy one or two sizes larger than what you would normally wear. The backs on them seem a bit too long but they are good quality.

The sizing info is way off. Amazon gave a notification when I bought “frequently returned item” - 2 things helped me - my wife bought one a culé of years ago. I tried hers (she’s 5’6” 122 lbs) it was wayyy small f me , but when I looked it said Large. OK - I’m 5’11” weigh 180 have a 35” waist. The sizing info had me as a Large - after trying my wife’s I said - no way - I tried to order an X-Large but no stock. So, I thought I’d take a chance and go XX-Large. Thankfully, I did, because even that is pretty tight. It works anf fairly well designed, but not as good as the one my wife bought 2 years ago.Other braces have the Velcro better distributed, so that if you wanted to relax the belt (say, while you were trying to eat) you could loosen and attach anywhere. Not this one. It attaches only at designated points which are not generous, and you have to completely let the brace go slack and fall off. Not great. Nevertheless, wearing it stretched tight and fully attached, it works and is not uncomfortable. Trying to eat while it is stretched tight is not comfortable, however.

I have tried several braces similar to this one and have returned or thrown them away. This one I will keep! I ordered the XXL as I am very overweight, and it just barely fit over my stomach. Hopefully that will get better. :) The metal stays really help! I do recommend getting assistance when putting it on, at least for the first time or two That assistance will allow you to more easily decide how to bend/position the metal stays, placing them against your upper back, just below your your neck. Expect, at least initially, to learn that there are pressure points that are unavoidable, and may be uncomfortable, it is large and will be warm after wearing for a while. Highly recommended!

This is third back brace I ordered. First two were returned because they were too short wasted and not enough support at lumber and same with thorastic. This brace is dynamite!! Finally

Way too small around waist, too long through back,metal stays are FLATI ordered the small. My waist is 27". I'm 5'5" with a high waist. I could barely get the brace closed for the photos, and I had to compress my waist to get it around. I might try a larger size if the back wasn't so long and the metal stays weren't flat. When you take the stays out, it becomes useless. It seems well made for the price, but, as a professional corset maker, I am quite bemused as to why they would make flat metal stays that run the length of the spine. Maybe if you replaced the flat stays with spring steel it could be tolerable. Otherwise it's like being strapped to a gurney. Definitely order a size or two up if yo are going to risk it. There are no stays anywhere else in the brace so it buckles at the sides. It's hot and uncomfortable. It has felted sleeves to cover the straps under the armpits, but they are hot and the straps still bind and rub. Overall, I would not recommend this. It's unlikely to fit, and if it does, it won't do much good.
