Powerfull steam & great iron
I am satisfied with this product. I tried it on multiple textile and it did the job with ease without having to press too hard due to the powerfull steam which can be controlled in different levels depending on the textile type you are ironing. Simply read through the brochure before using and apply. Highly recommended iron!

Ordered brand new but received used piece
I ordered brand new but received used, scratched piece. Had to return it back.Afterwards, I went to the physical store and bought a exactly the same brand new iron. So far it is working fine, gets the job done, nothing fancy.

Faulty product delivered and no way to return it
Just opened this product and it doesn't work properly and there is no info to assist with returning it. Doesn't feel like a quality product, very plastic and cheap. Water just pours out where the steam should be coming from. I definitely don't recommend buying this product.
