Crashes all the time, cannot display a movie guide
Great picture. I got this as a heavily discounted 3 month old with a horizontal line, (which I hadn't appreciated when I bought it)Anyway, after another three months the line went away, how? Nobody knows, but now it's fine.It doesn't show a TV guide. I only have a satellite signal going into it so maybe it's that, I don't know. Forums say this is normal??? It also crashes, never known a telly crash before. I've enquired about a new motherboard and it is around £300, so if I feel flush maybe give that a go.Upside the installed apps work and the picture, despite not being overly bright, is great. The sound is more than adequate with plenty of personalisation. It works well with Alexa too, stop, start, volume, mute, on/off, tune to channelIf it didn't keep crashing and could display a TV guide it would be 10 out of 5

Amazing OLED
I first saw an OLED screen about 2 or 3 years ago and knew I had to have one when I next upgraded. Images look almost real, as if there is not a screen there. My Sony KDL-55W905A had served me well since 2014 but, as I mainly use the TV for gaming (I don't really watch TV) the purchase of a PS4 Pro prompted the upgrade to 4K.Picture clarity is great - colours are so much more vibrant, but the most noticeable difference is how bright whites are and how deep blacks are.OLED pricing is coming down and it is rumoured that LG are working on a 49" set (currently OLED TVs start at 55" screens).I have always bought Sony as I have found them well built, nicely designed and reliable.
