It works very well. I use it for soups the most and it does a great job of turning potatoes and leeks into a cohesive liquid joy, but it’s done well for smoothies and other things, too. The whisk whips up egg whites into meringue and does a lovely job making whipped cream. And it’s way easier to clean than a stand mixer whip and bowl. Easy peasy. I especially love the plastic doodad that protects my Dutch ovens and pans from any possibility of scratching. That plastic thing is the reason I chose this over the other contender and I’m so glad that I did. That thing is fabulous. I haven’t used the choppy thing but if it doesn’t work, I will update. So…I’ve used it a LOT for about a year now and it’s held up nicely. The only small issue is cleaning but I learned to just let it run in soapy water and Problem Solved. :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I went with the corded version because usually the battery powered ones to have as much power and the charge doesn’t last long and I’ll never regret it. This is is fast, powerful, smooth, feels so nice in your hand. Doesn’t overheat and super easy to clean. KITCHENAID DOES IT RIGHT! Get you one!

This immersion blender is a great little workhorse. I like it so much I bought another for my mom as a gift. Love that it comes in multiple cute colors too. It makes quick work of creamy, blended soups and sauces, and it’s easy to clean as well. I also really like that you can remove the plastic pot guard. While I’m sure it’s useful to prevent scratching non-stick surfaces, I don’t like the idea of introducing plastic into my hot foods. Since we use cast iron and stainless steel cookware the plastic guard is something we never really need and I’m glad I can opt out of using it. Overall a fairly lightweight unit that is easy to use, and the button doesn’t take too much pressure to keep it activated either, which is nice. It seems like it has plenty of power and has never bogged down. Hopefully it will last us a long time.

Love the versatility of this item. You can go from shopping to whipping or even blending with just a quick change of ends. This is my go to now & use it multiple times a week. It does cost more than some others but this is a multi kitchen tool in one from a top brand not some flyby night company. KitchenAid has been a staple in many homes due to the quality the company puts behind their products. It feels very durable not cheap while not being overly loud. The power, speeds are very good for multiple jobs quickly. Easy clean & dishwasher top rack safe for nonelectric items. The color also matches many of my other kitchenAid products or just a subtle difference for a couple. Would love more color options on all of the KitchenAid products.

I use this wand all the time and it has worked great so far. It cuts and puree things great and the blender is a great size for marinades and Chimichurris.

My upgrade treat. Been using another common name brand immersion blender and it’s still working fine but wanted to upgrade as I didn’t like a few features of the one I’ve had for at least a decade. I wanted: no safety button/mechanism. Button that was easier to hold ergonomically as I process large batches for canning. Dual usage to eliminate all my kitchen gadgets. I love the one button (no safety), and it’s lighter than my previous blender. This makes it easier on my wrist. The attachment for the food processor is convenient and easy to attach. These are all easy to clean too. The pitcher that is provided works well to blend and measure pack into the pan. I put HOT pears in and blended quick. The only downsides IMO is the one speed, not too big of deal really. The reason for knocking a star off it, is because the quality of the blender. First use it is all marked up with scratches. I don’t see it lasting long. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Last note: people complaining about the plastic guard… shouldn’t even be part of the package. I used the plastic pitcher to see how it worked but you really shouldn’t be sticking this thing in something you don’t want to scratch. Guarantee it has forever chemicals or plastic that shouldn’t be used for food processing (you’re ingesting that crap). Just my thoughts ✌🏼

This one is amazing. I love being able to quickly blend something in the same pot I cooked it in. I had another branded one that would not do the job at all, then it broke. Best thing that ever happened with it.

I was replacing a broken stick blender and settled on this KitchenAid model with the accessories. While this isn’t the cheapest blender found on Amazon, it is the most trusted brand on Amazon (my opinion). This blender is sturdy and surprisingly quiet. Wire whisk attachment will come in handy for making dressings, whisking eggs and making whipped cream for desserts. Chopper is a decent size for smaller tasks like chopping herbs or nuts, dicing onions, etc. and has a no slip base. 4 cup covered pitcher is marked in metric and imperial increments, bottom has a no slip base. This stick blender with the accessories would actually be a great choice for someone with limited kitchen space or finances - buying a chopper, whisk, measuring cup and a stick blender separately would cost much more than what I spent here. Happy with this purchase.

Love this gadget! It’s sturdy, easy to use and easy to clean! I keep it handy because I use at least one or more option almost daily! So time saving and convenient not to have to pull out a big bulky contraption… very handy useful kitchen tool!
