Place the loose leaf tea or tea bag into the tea pot cup and then put the stainless steel strainer back on. Pour hot water through the strainer into the cup and let it steep. Enjoy drinking your tea while the strainer prevents any leaf debris from getting through. To enjoy a lighter tea, twist off the lid and keep the strainer on. Place the loose leaf tea or tea bag on top of the strainer. Pour hot water over very slowly, then remove the strainer with the tea on top. Soooooooo Cuttteeeeee!!! & Durable
I’m so impressed with the quality of this awesome mug! The temperature of the handle does not change one bit, even when I put piping hot water in the mug. Also, there is absolutely NO leakage out of the cup…I did lots of tests just to make sure. I’m totally in love with this mug and can’t wait to buy them for my cat loving friends!

Fun, Quality Mug...Buy It!
Such a great cup and I'm not even a cat person, just a cute cup person! This works great with my flowering tea and loose leaf tea. The strainer quality is top notch with a snug fit to the cup. Once I get to work I take off the lid and most people don’t even notice I’m holding a cat mug. I then re-fill with some office coffee and save myself a cup to wash. I did not realize the pink tip of the cat tail is squishy and is soft to hold; it was a nice surprise.

It gives me life
I recently started buying loose tea and purchased this so that I could take tea to go that would also look cute. So far it has been great, and has a leak proof seal. At first I thought it looked a wee bit small but it's the size of a good cup of tea. Perfect for loose tea, and I have been getting compliments on it everywhere I go. The aesthetic of the cup is cute, and the strainer thingy on top is great for keeping the tea leaves within from getting out. 10/10 would recommend

I would love it more if it was more durable
I really loved this tea mug ♡(灬'ㅂ`灬) ! How it works with louse leaf 🍃 tea and perfectly displays blooming tea 💐 !Unfortunately however I was only able to use it twice, of corse I had only hand washed and babyed it I had it for about a week. But as I was getting ready to leave work I accidentally knocked my adorable cat mug off my desk, down my leg and it shattered X-X . Luckily I had drained it long before but still very sad that the glass broke so easily without even falling that far it might just be my luck though ●︿● . And I would have bought another one but I'd need something more reliable, for it to be worth it.

Must have for tea and cat lovers!
My husband bought this adorable mug for me and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve steeped my tea both ways as the seller describes, and they both work really well. I had my doubts as to whether the pour over method would produce a strong enough tea taste, but it absolutely does! Place your tea leaves and/or tea bag on top of the strainer and just pour hot water over it very slowly, and I promise you will not be disappointed! I’d give this more than 5 stars if I could, love it!

I am in love with my new Cute Cat Tea Mug
I am in love with my new Cute Cat Tea Mug! Even though I am not a tea drinker... I used it for tea and loved it. I do use it more often for coffee and this mug keeps my coffee hot and my hands cool. Plus... no leaks! This is great purchase!

purrfect replacement for soda drinks
My wife really enjoys the the design and presentation of this tea mug. Always gets a compliment when she brings it to her work. Does as advertised and has got her to stop drinking soda and switch to healthy tea options. Arrived in good packaging to prevent any physical damage. So rejoice fellow cat enthusiasts
