Well built and quick
Brakes are a bit noisy, but other than that no complaints. About 200miles on it

Left pedal broke after less than a month of use (less than 10 short trips.)
Left pedal broke after less than a month of use (less than 10 short trips.) Literally just snapped off while riding. I weigh less than 200lbs and I've been riding mostly with electric assist, so I've barely been even using the pedals. No cargo with me; just riding casually. Pedal snapped off and completely tripped the inside where you screw the pedal in.Wrote to customer service about a month ago, they've delayed responses, ignored phone calls and emails and keep promising to send the part with tracking "within 2 working business days." it's been approximately a month since I've received tracking.First (and last) Hiboy purchase.

Not the best quality
I would say you’d probably be happier around $500. The bike itself works and does what it says but issues exist like cheap parts, bent wheels, broken quick release for the front tire, etc. if you want to roll the dice then give it a go but I wouldn’t expect something quality. In addition, support didn’t make it overly easy to get anything fixed although they tried and ultimately wanted me to figure out how to ship it back to them which isn’t incredibly easy given its size.

The front tire was flat and broken
The front tire was flat and I don't have a car big enough to go and get it fixed anywhere. I'd like to return it.
