Let's face it, for the price, you would expect barely even real metal, let alone actual cutting ability. I was surprised and shocked to find this knife actually useful. The fit and finish seems very nice and with the flick of a finger, the knife opens and closes very easily. I've bought other knives for under $10 before and they definitely felt flimsy. This one feels secure and I could likely use this for camping or cleaning a deer. The serrated edge is perfect for cutting through skin or other difficult membranes. I also really like the bottle opener at the base for opening beers.This is now my new favorite knife and I will use it for all things camping.

I normally have this on me 6 days a week. I use it every day for simple tasks. blade sharpness and lock are holding up great. I love this thingonly slight issue is the finish is coming of it the places that are rubbed every day in my pocket.

Really love this knife. It is my first knife so I don't have anything to compare it too but it is sturdy and very sharp (hurts just to be poked with) my only issue is that it is a bit difficult for me to open but I am also not a strong person and my husband has no issue opening it.

I have a few of these knives and always carry one on me because I receive a lot of packages and the convenience of having this stout knife makes the job of opening packages a breeze. Plus the seat belt cutter in the unfortunate case of getting into an accident and needing the extricate myself.

I was very surprised by the quality given the price of the knife. It is heavy-duty, sharp out of the box, and I've recommended it to several friends as a great inexpensive knife to have as a backup, or a primary if you don't mind the bulk.

I got the color to make it easy to find and it presents the same as the pic. This is a very sharp and sturdy knife from what I can tell so far. A sharp looking and well built knife at a great price on Amazon.

I've had this for less than a year and the locking mechanism that keeps the blade from slipping back into the close position has stopped working. You can feel it trying to catch when the blade is open but you can just push the blade closed without using the unlock mechanism. It's almost cut me a couple of times when I use it to cut open a box or something and I pull it out and it nearly closes. That may not make a lot of sense but you become complacent with how a knife should work and when it doesn't, you tend to forget that it's messed up and almost take a finger off because of it. I would not recommend this product.
