Convenient to take and effective for pain.
At one time, I mixed Turmeric and black pepper, added water, drank it and it eased my joint pain. Since I found this great product, all I have to do is swallow a few capsules. Actually, I use them for pain, and I take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules at bedtime. That is not a recommendation; it is simply the dosage I have found to be most effective for me.
