I started taking these on Sunday 02/22/2026 I drank about 4 to 5 bottles of water throughout the day. I would drink these early morning on an empty stomach with a full bottle water. I’m impressed how well it works. I tested negative today Friday 02/27/2026. I would definitely recommend these if you are trying to detox from THC. It does make you go to the restroom a few times a day but definitely worth it.

I took this for 2 weeks before my drug test-I was worried because I took a delta 8 gummy for sleep and edibles stay in your system longer. I didn't have any bad side effects. It did keep me very "regular" but nothing I had to stay home for. I felt good but I was also taking other supplements and multivitamins as well as eating no processed foods or alcohol and eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and protein. I also drank 90 oz of fluids a day (coffee, tea and water). I was testing positive at first but negative after the first week, but I continued to cleanse until my test for my own peace of mind.
