Played my sax live for 1 st time several weeks ago and could barely hear myself play with guitars, bass and drums too volume around me. And ears still ringing next morning. Began to practice with these and played live again last night. Could hear myself much better- perhaps more bone conduction instead of air conduction- and no ringing this morning.Also have eargasms which quiet the outside sound more but find these more comfortable and can hear myself better.If unsure of size, seems to me to go a little smaller.

very comfortable, sometimes I forget I have them in. I like that they are inconspicuous. They are a little big though.

I bought this to use while DJing in a dance club. They are very comfortable to wear with headphones on and they are natural sounding. However, I don't believe they lower the levels enough for the club I work at. I have worn them twice (Fri/Sat) 4hr sets each night. I found my ears ringing afterwards on both nights.Maybe in just a loud bar this would work. Concerts, raves or a dance club, not so much.Great fit and nice compact size. Just not good in super loud enclosed environments.

they worked great. I could still hear the music vary well at a joe walsh concert.

Actually my second pair of these--a must have for frequent concert goers. I like them because they don't muffle conversations but block out the harmful frequencies at most shows. There's no ringing in your ears the next day. They are comfortable too--have left them in for several hours on multiple occasions with minor adjustment. They do come with a clear, round petri-dish like case but I'd recommend picking up one of the branded keychain cases for carrying around.

On my second pair, these lasts a long time and do a good job.

The first set I bought came with an empty package, so I reordered. Not a fault of the manufacturer, but Amazon told me I didn't have to send the empty package back, then a few weeks later charged me for not sending it back, and would not refund me again. Rather than cancel or return the second set, I figured I'd give them a chance. The case the second pair came with was not the aluminum one shown in the product image. The plastic flip lid case it came with would not stay closed resulting in my losing one for several months. There largest ear plugs and eat bud tips usually don't for my eat canals because they're too small. When The Army for me for combat ear plugs, their gauge didn't go large enough, and there were no issue plugs which fit. That said, the large in these is way too big. So they're very uncomfortable. But so far, they're the only ones that stay in my ears. Then there's the design which collects every bit of was in your ear, so they filter all frequencies and too much to play live with (I'm a bass player in a loud 6 piece). Finally one of the filters just fell out and is nowhere to be found- after only a dozen uses or so. So I've paid double for them, and need another set. I'm so frustrated considering they're the only plugs which will stay in my ears, even if they feel like wine corks jammed in either side of my head.

Excellent customer service, but be careful with the size/fitting of the earplugs: the medium size fits the most, while the large ones are for large for the most. Happily, the seller promised to provide me with a more fitting option for free, after having first ordering the wrong size. - - - Cannot properly evaluate the features yet, since the right items are still on the way.

Comfortable, detailed sound, small and easy to keep on you. Strong case. Will be buying another pair as backup to keep in my gig bag

These earplugs are extremely hard to fit correctly in the ear and offer very little noise protection.
