We have no control over the weather or ground conditions when this item is setup. Therefore it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the erection and anchoring of this product is sufficient at all times. This gazebo is not intended to be a permanent structure and consideration should be taken to at least remove canopies/fabrics at all times necessary, as not suitable for use during windspeeds in excess of 25mph. We love this gazebo
We love this gazebo. Took two of us nearly a day to erect. Instructions could be more detailed regarding order of fixing certain pieces. We did a few modifications to make it 9more stable. Anchoring pins useless so we made our own. Manages the wind well and easy to take the top off if over 20 mph. Would recommend with ease. Everyone loves it.

I was disappointed initially that the order was delivered very late and ...
I was disappointed initially that the order was delivered very late and a very disinterested attitude with CASTMASTER when contacted regarding this delay. However I was struggling to find a similar gazebo so I waited. I was delighted when it arrived appeared very good quality.Move on 3 months and exactly as many other customers are reviewing a split in the roof. When I contacted CASTMASTER they take absolutely no responsibility for this and actually started quoting The met office stating : "After checking the weather in your area, we can see winds recorded that exceed our recommended use guidelines of 25mph" That maybe the case in exposed areas but this Gazebo has been sitting in an extremely sheltered corner of my garden surrounded by a wall so would doubt that there was a 25MPH wind in my garden! How absolutely ridiculous!!The previous gazebo I had from B&Q it cost £139 and I had it for 3 years and only replaced because it was so faded....So for the cost of £348.54 I am sure anyone can understand my frustration.Amazon are very kindly now picking this up with the supplier for me, my recommendation is do not buy this product or expect any good customer service from this supplier.

After a disappointing two week delay and poor customer seevice with receiving my gazebo and various delivery dates that came and went I am happy to say its up and in place and looks really beautiful.

Good quality framework
Good quality framework, pity the roof isn't as good, only had up 2 months and found split in it about 4 inches long! Very disapointed
