I've had a left knee meniscus tear for 20 years. I've never had surgery. As nature would have it through the years every time I misstep including lateral slides, self "PT" for 6 months to restore 80% use. The adjustable knee brace has cut that time in half. It's tricky when you first attempt to use it for a perfect fit. The package directions are not as clear as I'm about to say. Elevate your leg to attach the bottom as high below the knee before the bend as you can. Have the attach wings with the slats on the right side of leg, attach.Set you foot on the floor and for the top of the knee, strap it as close as possible before the bend in the knee. You'll need a few adjustment efforts to get it to your liking. Hope this helps.

Based on the pictures and description, I purchased this item thinking there were 2 in the pack. Sadly it was only one.

This is a great knee brace it does slide a little but it fits great and it hits the point on my knee that helps me do my sports without any pain

This brace is lightweight and open, with nothing obstructing my kneecap, allowing it to move freely. It provides some support and offers a decent range of motion, making it easy to gently navigate stairs, sit at a desk, exercise, and maintain a normal posture.

I tore my ACL earlier this year and had reconstructive surgery. I needed an unobtrusive brace for the days when I don’t exercise, just for routine support in the patellar tendon areas. Unfortunately this one doesn’t seem to be it. I ordered based on the size guidelines and was at the cusp. If this is your case, go with the larger size, as it doesn’t fit well in both straps as needed. It also didn’t stay in place as I needed and while it had to be tugged up continuously.
