I received this motorcycle on 4/03/2025 , assembled it ,started it for my nephew and he only got to ride it for 10 minutes and hasn’t been able to since. I have done every troubleshooting task they have on their website and youtube.Their is no way to get direct support so I sent an email and am still waiting a response. Amazon should not even sell products that the supplier doesn’t have an updated contact number.There shouldn’t even be a star for this motorcycle because it’s a meteor that crash your wallet if you buy it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT
