Pretty good
I like the grip. I thought the X pattern would be dorky, but it's actually kind of cool. All the corners are covered, but the phone still feels slim. I feel like I could drop it on a hardwood floor and it would come out okay. This case DOES work with the magnetic charging cable, with a little wiggling, although I don't know anything about the dock. My only complaint is that the little strip of TPU on the edge of the micro SD card slot opening is a little loose. I imagine this may go flush with the phone over time, but it doesn't quite lie flat right out of the box.

Additionally the back of the case offers the best friction grip of any of the cases I've examined
The case fabric is tough with edges that are high enough to protect the screen if the phone is placed face down. I gave this 5 stars because if you are willing to do ten minutes of work you can modify the case so that it both protects the phone and fits in the Sony DK 36 magnetic dock as well, which none of the other covers do (and the DK 46 is no solution--it's too wide). Simply determine how much of the left side needs to be cut away to allow the phone to sit in the dock at the contact points to charge. Though cut, the case will still hug the phone. Additionally the back of the case offers the best friction grip of any of the cases I've examined. The glass back and front of the phone is incredibly slick and needs a friction grip cover to avoid dropping it; and without a cover, you will drop it.

Glossy X pattern on back is a terrible fingerprint magnet but it is literally the only flaw
I wished they just did the matte black design along the whole back but besides that it does everything a soft silicone case is supposed to do:1) Greatly improves grip of the device (no more slip and slide on tables)2) Leaves access to all important ports open and covered buttons are solid and have a good response3) Puts a VERY reassuring lip around the front screen so you can face this down on the table without worrying about scratches4) Costs less than $105) Comes with a screen protector

I don't like cases/bumpers/etc on cell phones
Was looking for a cheap, silicone case for my brand new Xperia Z3 for the gym, so it wouldn't get slippery and have some protection. I don't like cases/bumpers/etc on cell phones. I believe that's simply not how the cell phone was designed to be used. But sometimes, like in the gym, your cell phone is more prone to damage.Well... this case is not what I was looking for. It's not silicone like I was led to believe by the image, but is more like flexible plastic. It was also shipped from the UK, so it take quite some time to get here. Regardless, the case works, and does offer some extra protection. As a now-funny sidenote, my Z3 Compact is dead, and going through replacement through warranty.

Basic case for a moderate price
A basic case for a nice phone.Won't make the phone look great, the case is a bit thin, especially around the mSD card slot, but it does allow a magnetic charger to attach. This will do until something more personal can be purchased.

Still working some... 2 years later or ...
Still working some... 2 years later or so? Haven't had any issues, other than having to widen the charging port cut out for the magnetic dock.

Gathers grease easily. Flimsy on the sides
Cons: Looks cheap because it is. Gathers grease easily. Flimsy on the sides. Dampens sounds a little.Pros: Cheap. No scratches on my phone. All the buttons and ports still work and are easy to use.TL;DR: Cheap case that feels cheap, but keeps your phone from getting scratched.

Good protection without a lot of bulk
Is very light and thin, but seems to offer very good protection. Nearly perfect choice. I just wish it had a kickstand. Provides good grip, all the access points are accessible, and my various charges can connect with the cover on. It doesn't add much bulk.

High quality, slim fit.
Excellent quality and fit. Look like it's part of the phone rather than an addition. Smart design with good grip without making the phone noticeably larger. Suits Experia Z3 Compact very well, especially with it's large connection ports needing large cut outs in the case. The case copes really well in maintaining shape and rigidity even with the large cut outs. A little more expensive than some types but worth it. Postage high, should be shown as part of the cover cost with a more realistic postal charge, the cover is worth it. Very pleased especially as I have tried other covers on this phone.

Decent
I bought this just because i was sick of my phone sliding off the arms of the couch - it does the job and gives the phone grip on surfaces. You can also place the phone screen down without fear of the screen being scratched as the lip round the edge gives it some extra profile. Easy to fit.On the downside It's more difficult to take a screenshot due to the silicon buttons and the phone does seem to feel alot heaver but I can live with that - better that, than the phone constantly falling to the floor knocking lumps out it.

Great case
The case doesn't make the phone feel bulky and I can use all the buttons perfectly. It doesn't get in the way of opening the flap for the charger/micro SD slot and all the holes are lined up where they should be. The only thing I can't comment on is the section for the magnetic charger as I don't have one.All in all it's a very good case.

Whilst this case represents good value for money
I bought this case because I thought it was a gel case similar to that which I had for my old Galaxy S3. Whilst this case represents good value for money, it doesn't feel like a gel case but then it doesn't say it's gel so that was a mistake on my part! A further let down for me is the fact that I was unable to use the magnetic charger cable I bought for use with my phone as the slot in this case isn't quite big enough to allow a clean mate between phone and cable. However, the case could be trimmed a little to make this possible. The rear of the case has a nice design and the textured rear means the phone is less likely to slip from your grasp.

charge port not covered or strong
didnt fit properly to weak on 1 side needs to have charging flap covered and use the magnetic charger or take the case off to use, as its usless this way for the z3 compact anyway
