Huge disappointment, zero stars
Zero stars. You are forced to give 1 star. I am so disappointed. My family and I were so excited. Paid extra to get it in week an half instead of 2 weeks. Charged it, paired the remote but nothing happens. The device itself has no power button or lights on it to give any indication that it’s working at all. The charger has a single light that turns green when it is charged. After pairing the remote. The remote reads 100%. Turning the speeds on the remote up or down does nothing. I feel like I just got robbed of my time and my money. Living in hawaii returning things with a battery is close to impossible. So what will happen is Amazon will double charge me if I try to get a replacement or I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work. They will send me a replacement I won’t be-able to send back the old one and when I’m not looking Amazon will charge my bank account for the replacement. It has happen to me in the past. This is really disappointing and I would save my money and purchase something with a name brand or not made in china.
