bought both the RENPHO smart measuring tape and the smart scale as part of trying to take fitness and overall health tracking more seriously, and together they’ve been a great combination. I wanted something that would make progress tracking easier and more motivating without turning it into a complicated process. The scale was very easy to set up with the app, and I like that it gives much more information than just body weight. Being able to track body fat, muscle mass, BMI, and other measurements over time gives a much clearer picture of progress, especially when workouts and nutrition are improving but the scale itself isn’t changing dramatically. The measuring tape was honestly more useful than I expected. It makes tracking waist, chest, arm, and other measurements much easier compared to trying to use a regular tape measure by yourself. The retractable design and digital display make it feel much more convenient and accurate. So far I really like this scale, I like that I do not have to use the app and the scale recognizes my profile, which makes it a good choice for multiple users. The profiles are easy to set up. It provides a lot of detailed metrics in the app, which seem to be relatively accurate. I do wish it was an inch or two larger, but it is big enough for my feet.

Scale is great, was a little tricky to connect with samsung health but works smoothly once connected. Seems accurate and gives a lot of info. Scale looks nice and is not clunky, seems high quality and durable. Info appears quickly after you step on.

Nice scale but not so accurate if you were an elite athlete in youth with dense muscular body underneath currently. I do like the features though and would be perfect for people with normal variations.

Easily beats my old model from another brand. Extremely easy set up. No 10 attempts to make it work. I charged it, downloaded the app and used it first try. The measurements agree with physical pinch test measurements so that's all I could ask for.

This scale is very accurate. It can be connected by bluetooth to your phone to an app that you download. You can track weight, fat, protein, water, muscle mass and several other factors. The app has a great tracking feature that shows your progress and shows how close you are to healthy readings. I find it very motivational. You can add more than one person to track progress. Very happy with quality and operations.

The scale and the phone app work well together. Once calibrated, it works great. The app sends reminders to weigh yourself and keeps track of your progress with cute sound effects if you are on track or off track. Alot of detail is displayed too, which are all tracked too. The app takes a bit to learn and familiarise, but it works and shows right amount of information.
