Q: My item came without the three additional ear tips. I did receive a bag in the catch basin, but it was empty. Anything that can be done?

Just order more tips and tell them they shorted you. They should send extra

Q: what do you mix together to put in the bottle? im trying to see if I need to buy some type of solution.

I use a little bit of hydrogen peroxide mixed with water. The former costs only a dollar or two and can be found at any convenience store. This thing worked like a charm.

Cleaning. Kit: This is needed when there is a large amount of impacted wax in the ear canal. Routine ear cleansing will work using diluted 50/50 peroxide and water.
