Arrived early. Great price,especially with how much storage is nowadays. Good quality. I really,really love this external hdd,the only MINOR complaint is i wish it was a bit smaller.

It's a Game Drive that can work on Xbox, PC and PlayStation. I'm currently using for my PS5 that's shown in the picture. The drive itself is very light weight. I would make sure you give it plenty of space by your game console. The cord it comes with is a Micro USB 3.0 and it is a good wire but it is short. Transfer speed is great and it is fast. Downloading the games from the Internet took me the whole day just to put on the drive but I was ok with that because I did have a big list of games that I wanted to put on this drive. Do note that this only works for only Xbox One / PS4 games only, don't expect PS5 or Series X games to go on here. It does feel very reliable, it does heat a bit when downloading or running games but it's not to the level of Overheating. It is very easy to use and the connection is very fast. You are using USB 3.0 with the next gen feature on it to make it run fast. I have not experience any data losses on it so it seems very promising. Overall I would recommend picking this one up and it is very promising. It does come with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for one month so that is a nice bonus. Always make sure to register your product to Seagate to get that warranty if something does go wrong. Anyways that's it, it's a decent Game drive.

As someone who’s constantly cycling through Game Pass titles and older favorites, this Seagate 2TB Game Drive has been a lifesaver for my Xbox library. What I Like: Simple plug-and-play setup. Literally plugged it into the USB port on my Xbox, and it was ready to go in under a minute. Super straightforward, no hassle. Big storage in a compact design. I was able to move around 40–50 full-size Xbox One and Xbox 360 games onto it with room to spare. Good speed. It’s not an SSD, but for an HDD it’s solid—downloads, installs, and load times are consistent for older games. Officially compatible with Xbox, so there’s no guessing whether it will work. It’s built for this. What to Know: This drive does not play Xbox Series X|S games directly from it. You can store them on it, but to play them, you’ll need to move the game back onto the console’s internal SSD. Occasionally, the Xbox might not recognize it on boot-up. Unplugging and plugging it back in fixes it every time, but it’s something to keep in mind. It’s a hard drive, not a solid-state drive, so don’t expect lightning-fast speeds—but it’s perfect for bulk storage. Final Thoughts: If you’re still playing a lot of Xbox One, 360, or original Xbox titles—or just need extra space for Series X|S games you aren’t playing right now—this drive is a great choice. It’s affordable, reliable, and makes managing your library way easier. Definitely worth it for any serious Xbox player.

Absolute perfection. You need this for your Xbox One X or Series X. I plan on buying two more. One more for my One X which will total 13Tb and my Series X(Plus the 4Tb Expansion Card) for a whopping 14Tb. As it should be.

First, let's start with the GOOD::: The Size: is great, can easily be thrown into a backpack or purse if portability is important for you. The Price: is more than reasonable for the quality of HDs SeaGate is known for. Compare to 1TB at $200 Expansion Card v 4TB at $100, 25% the price per TB makes this much better value. The Speed: is not insanely fast but it will do the trick. I transferred 64GB COD game in about 25 minutes. The Looks: are great, nice clean green LED matches the Xbox perfectly. :::Now the NOT SO GREAT::: What they won't tell you is that you cannot PLAY Xbox Series X|S Optimized games from this HD, you will need to either install the game on your internal HD OR purchase the SeaGate Expansion to do this. That said, all is not lost you can still transfer any previous gen games to the Seagate Game Drive and play them directly from the drive still freeing up space on your Internal Drive. Alternatively, you can use the Seagate Game Drive to house any Xbox Series X|S games you are not regularly playing and transfer them to your Internal or Seagate Expansion Card when you're ready to play them again. Overall it's a great product just annoying they don't let you know upfront you cannot PLAY Xbox Series X|S Optimized Games, but you can store them.
