DJI Phantom Battery by Venom 20C 3S 2200mAh 11.1 LiPo x2 Packs with Venom XT60 Plug

First set of backup batteries for my Phantom. Noticed tonight when I was getting ready to go fly that one of the packs felt bloated. Plugged it into my balance charger and it will not charge. I guess it blew up. Went to the Venom vendor atomikrc and filled out an RMA form. Will update as the process continues. Submitted 05/02/15 at about 2030hrs Eastern. Hard to tell from the photo, but the plastic has stretched out like there is gas in the package, kind of balloon like. Hope it's not dangerous.

JUNK; AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Bought these 2 batteries for my DJI Phantom 1 early this year. They worked perhaps 3 times, after which they would not hold their charge. As soon as my drone is up in the air, it will come down again, since it runs out of power in a matter of seconds! Since Venom Power offers a 1-year warranty, I filled out a claim form on their website, which was acknowledged; they said that they would get in touch right away. That was about a week ago. As long as I don't hear back from them, this review will have one star.

Sorry, these are getting returned. Sold as a 'perfect replacement battery for DJI Phantom.' Not true. I only get 8-9 mins of run time in my phantom I, OEM batteries get 12-13 mins.

After purchasing this product, I only used it with my drone maybe about 2-3 times within months of using the new batteries. I realized that when I finally needed to charge the battery, it was not being charged. Luckily, one of the two batteries was able to charge. So that tells me its not a problem with the charger itself but more so on the battery. Maybe thats why you get two batteries in this deal? I was disappointed that I did not catch this sooner rather than later.

Outstanding batteries have had don't issues with them yet have only used on about 20 flights charge fast and seem to last longer than regular batteries of the same type.

They haven't exploded or puffed when used within the limits specified and do the job asked. Five stars

Bought this battery over a year a go and they are still lasting and working fine, they are a bit small for what i run RC Crawlers, but they are cheap and fit well in scale Truck and have a good run time of 1 hour or more depending on the truck. My still balance fine and the run time hasn't changed much over a year most lipos that I have had after the first couple of charges get better, these haven't let me down.

They have great power using in a 1 10 slash and 1 16 slash both are nuts on the battery I say the battery cause the second was a dud plugged in to charge and found cell 2 was not being read I don't know dead cell or bad wire but was disappointed

It lasts as long as the OEM battery. And it fits into the DJI Phantom FC40 better because it's a little smaller then OEM.

Ordered six in total. No DOAs, operates exactly within the listed spec, all packs charged/discharged fully without fault. Well-packed in an adequately padded box, in card-packs of two. I'm pleased with these.

Good price. Good warranty. Arrived promptly. Work great. If you own a first generation Phantom, these make great extra batteries, so you can fly longer.
