I got this for my son because he wanted to be a barbarian from DnD for Halloween but we couldn't find a costume. This was a great way for him to dress up how he wanted. Even though it was meant for a grown man, we were able to make it work with pins. My only problem with it was one of the grommets on the arm guard fell off.

Several of the rivets on the straps for the leather arm guards came out and were stabbing me all night. Lost one of the square studs and had to glue the straps down before the next party.

The overall look is nice, but if want to go a step further. They give safety pins to fasten the fur collar. I would add a cloak pin for this or add some hook and loop fasteners to the underside if you just want it to rest on your shoulders. Note that belt is only decorated/finished on one side so you are limited to they ways you can tie it and make it look good. And the bracers are lace up, so there is just no way you can put these on by yourself.

Everything is secure, and it seems well made. The fur cloak topper is also pretty good, but really, it’s all about the leather. This costume is going to slay! Absolutely worth the price.

Much better quality than expected, I'm honestly impressed. Bracers are thick and look realistic, though they need a little bit of weathering so they don't look so pristine. =) This is a great little accessory kit and def worth not having to make these things myself for a quick cosplay.

This is good for fantasy cosplay, not just for vikings. Furs were often used in that time period, and a nice warm shawl around the shoulders, alongside the extra stuff, all makes sense and fits in a lot of different costume designs.
